Smart machine! This was the best choice Ive ever made for appliance. This dryer basically judges the length and amount of softner it uses with sensor! Less chemical and faster cycle.

This dryer does a great job on my drapes, bedding, and blouses. In other words, it does a great job on small loads and large loads. Very happy with the look of my clothes.

It's great and easy to use. So spacious and no noise. So quite. Very very satisfactory. I love it.

This dryer works just like a dryer should Not sure I'll use the steam much though. Only negative is this dryer will ball up bedding leaving the stuff in the middle wet. Do not think this is only a Samsung issue though, it is more about the size of the drum. Just plan on having to adjust the load a few times when doing bedding. We learned a trick from the Internet- when it gets balled up just reverse the 'ball' and turn the dryer back on as it will automatically unwind and keep drying until it balls up again. There are a few dryers out there the tumble two directions to prevent this but all in all still like my Samsung. This set is soo beautiful too, makes me smile to look at it! Got it on a really good sale too!

Great styling and amazingly quiet! I cannot believe this thing is even running. Get the pedestal. Beside the extra storage space, the height addition prevents bending over.

Has all the possible setting you could want. Easy to use and can be managed using a smartphone, or tablet once you have the smart home adapter.

I LOVE this Dryer! Makes doing laundry more tolerable! The settings are user friendly and actually come out dry the first time unlike some of my previous dryers.

I had been using Shout & then washing my daughters fav shorts for weeks trying to get the stains out for soo long that I had given up hope. I threw them in with a load when I got this washer set up. I could not believe the results when they came out of the dryer. No stain remover, looking brand new.

We have only used it once however we are pleasantly pleased with the performance3.

High Efficient is the way to go. So many settings that can save you $ on your monthly bill. I highly recomend. Cut my bill in half.

I was a first time buyer for purchasing a washer and dryer. I love these machines. They have cut my laundry time by more then half. The only down fall was they are marketed to have this wonderful setting where they sync with your phone and you can start them from anywhere. I was disappointed when they were delivered to find out that you have to purchase a separate piece for each machine for this feature to work and not only that but the machine has to be on in order for the function to work properly. I felt that portion of the product was marketed and does not comply with the standard it advises. Regardless of that I LOVE both my washer and dryer.

The dryer works good. It dries well and in a timely manner. I dont like how I have to purchase a junk wifi adapter to connect it to the app.

Both washer and dryer allow pause if there is any emergency, either adding clothing or checking on items kept in the pocket. Very quiet while washing and drying are in process.

Large capacity dryer that handles our king size comforters like a champ.

Am very satifisied with my Samsung Washing machine. It was not hard to figure out and does an excellent job with all types of laundry.
