I had the top loader model for years and never had problems with it until it finally ran it's course. This front loader runs very quiet and smooth and works great. My wife is short in stature so she loves the convenience of the front loader because she no longer has to climb on step ladders to reach inside of the deep hull of a top loader.

My wife and were treated very respectfully and helped from the moment we walked in the store to the moment we hauled the set away . The washer and dryer work amazing and are exactly what we were looking for quit but not under powerd , not to big but still able to fit a decent load . My clothes always smell clean and never have any visible damage. Definitely a great purchase.

This washer machine is amazing. Its quiet, powerful, quick in less words extraordinary. I had over 10 large bags of dirty clothes and i was able to washed them all in 5 loads. They came out clean almost dry. I also used to clean my guinea pigs sheets and not even a trace of any hay to be found. Better yet it self cleans it self automatically. Love it.

I'm so pleased with this purchase. This Samsung 7.5 Cu. Ft. Stackable Gas Dryer was purchased out of necessity as our previous Samsung gas dryer finally gave out after nearly 18 +years. We purchased this model to match the washer that was just purchased a few months ago. I like everything about this dryer, in particular, I like the design and function, especially the lint collection screen which is definitely an upgrade from my previous Samsung dryer. It is very quiet while in operation and is over all an excellent purchase for its price point.

I’m oddly obsessed with this set just because of how well the washer cleans the clothes and it uses so much less water than a top load washer I also appreciate the moisture sensor on the dryer when you select the normal cycle it will power off when the clothes are dry no matter the remaining time left this washer is also designed to use less detergent I feel as if they came at a fair cost as well I also really admire how the washer Dosent walk forward it’s nerve wracking when washers walk forward but this one handles the clothes pretty well

Over all I LOVE this washer & am glad I purchased it as a stackable set with the matching Samsung Dryer. The ONLY thing I don’t like, and it was my own mistake, was that it’s only a 4.5 cu ft capacity. I didn’t realize that it would be too small to fit either of the two LARGE king size comforters that I own. Other than that? It’s absolutely amazing. The buttons are easy to press, you basically just rest your finger on them instead of actually pushing a button. This is something that is a plus for anyone that has trouble with buttons or even knobs due to physical limitations. The lights next to/above each selection, along with the chiming tune/tone, make it easy to see or hear if you’re making the selection you want. No more accidentally turning too far or pushing a button too many times. The dispenser tray pulls out easily for cleaning, and the pieces inside remove easily as well so that any trapped water can quickly dry up or be dumped out. I love how efficient it is at getting the dirt & smells from my laundry, my clothes & blankets (even the dogs blankets) have NEVER smelled or looked so clean before after just one wash. I’m VERY happy & extremely pleased with this purchase, the Samsung brand has yet to let me down when it comes to household aplliances.

I am absolutely in love with this dryer. It’s easy to use, I barely have to touch the buttons, making this the perfect solution for someone that has physical issues that make it difficult to use normal buttons or even knobs. The lights for each selection, and the tone for every selection or push of a button, makes it easy to know if you’ve made the selection you wanted or if you’ve accidentally bumped something. The lint trap is easily accessible & easy to remove and put back. It was a little confusing at first with the way the lint trap was set up, since I didn’t realize that it opens & closes for easier trapping & removal of lint. The lint trap cover, the piece that springs into place when you remove the trap, is wide and easy to clean. When the door opens there is a light that turns on, making it easy to see if you’ve missed anything in the back of the dryer or in any nooks & crannies. Over all I’m beyond pleased with my choice to purchase this Samsung dryer, I even purchased the matching washer for a stackable set. I just wish I had realized that the washer was a smaller capacity than the dryer.
