Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After an incredibly horrendous on-line purchasing experience, 10 hours of phone time and in incredibly flawed Best Buy scheduling system, we get our 2 sets of Samsung Washers and Dryers installed and we cannot get our kids clothes dry using the sensor setting. *** WARNING *** This dryer does NOT allow you to change the temp and dryness level while using the dryness sensor. So for all my kids clothes that want low heat, we have to only use the time dry option now and guess at how long it will take. What a massive oversight on what seems to be a feature rich product. I am going to see what my return options are. So sad because our old cheap Whirlpool dryer, that worked perfectly fine, did low heat and sensor dry, but we got rid of it because we needed a stacking unit. I could not have even imagined that this setting was not an option!!!

Works great large capacity and very quiet

I'm very pleased at the cleaning ability capacity low noise level and cleaning options The stands are nice, but they should be just a couple of inches deeper. A large jug of detergent is about an inch too tall

The only thing wrong with my dryer was it was 17 years old,we were trucking through wash so fast that 2 weeks later my husband says we are going to Best Buy to purchase the dryer. So we have the set with the 18 months no interest financing.
