It is a very good alternative. It was many different functions. It has been a bit difficult for me to figure out which drying setting I like best. Love the steam option for my table cloths

Got this with the matching washing machine. Love both products and have no quality issues with it. It's decently quiet and does not shake or wobble. I deducted 1 star because sometimes the clothes is not always dry when I use normal dry. Easily fixed with more dry option.

Dryer has plenty of options to choose from on how to dry your clothes, so if you are just using it for just drying clothes and dont want all other options this might be too much for you. Does what its supposed to do and can be controlled with your smartphone.

It is a nice dryer except you can’t control the heat settings inless it is on one setting. To change the door from one side to the other is good except two of the bolts were so hard to take out they stripped. If you need the door switched have them do it.

I bought this dryer for it’s large capacity and brand name. It dries clothes well but makes a winding noise while running. Not sure what the deal is but I’m in the middle of remodeling my house and I don’t have time to drop everything and return it.

I've had this washer for roughly two months, and I love it! However, I feel like It takes longer than my old washer as it stops constantly, but maybe I'm doing something wrong. I will be reading the instructions before I say anything negative about the washer. So far so good!

Good dryer, but the only problem is that most of the times it needs another drying cycle because with the first cycle the clothes are not completely dried.

We upgraded our washer and dryer. The dryer is quiet, and dries large loads quickly. I like that it has a rack that fits inside to dry shoes without them bouncing around in the drum. It is a very good dryer.

Good dryer. The 'smart' feature doesn't work with an Apple iphone though. And it doesn't have a 'delay' setting which our previous Samsung dryer DID have. Overall I would recommend it.

The stacked dryer is very quiet and efficient. The large capacity is amazing and saves time.

SmartThings app and connection problems. Wish I would have bought simple cheap model. Add wash door is nice.

I forgot to take some shirts out of the dryer and ended up using a feature that uses steam during the extra drying time and the shirts came out wonderful.

It was H.E. Double Hockey Sticks for me to get this product delivered to my home. The first dryer was missing screws, they stacked it without wiping the dust off or removing the tape, it made noise 'cause it wasn't level. The second delivery didn't happen because the installer realized before coming out that they didn't read instructions not to take product out of box and re-wrap like they do. The third delivery brought the washer but no dryer and no stacking kit, so since they couldn't re-stack the old dryer and I have no space for them to be side by side... Finally the fourth delivery! I have my washer and dryer, no screws missing, no dents, it's level and therefore no more loud squeaky noise. I will spare you the remaining parts that includes over a month of dealing with customer service, messed up reward points and financing. The dryer is okay. I like the idea of using steam instead of buying sheets, but when I use the anti static function, certain items are still wet as if because of the spray. And some items still have static (this happens more with the latest dryer.) I wish I had space for two sets so I could do laundry faster.

It is a great washer. All washer features are great. The Wi-Fi feature is a great concept but is a total failure due to the worst user interface ever conceived.

Great dryer, unit is very quiet and packed with many features.

Just like any new washer it works great. Best addition to it was Wi-Fi to have notifications on the phone to see when the cycle is over.

I love all the features on this dryer. So many options. Very quiet!

So many settings for drying clothes. Would highly recommend the stand for this model
