Very easy to use. Dries clothes fast and can set the dryer from your phone. No annoying buzzer when cycle is done instead it plays a nice tune.

Even if I haven not been able to explore all the features all what I have seen so far has been great, seems to be very efficient, energy saving and been able to connect wifi is simply great.

I bought this dryer after one I was using for 12 years quit. The best part was it connected to my WiFi seamlessly using the Smart things app on my Note phone (Seems like Samsung gadgets are bias at each other that they recognize each other on proximity - Phone suggested the dryer connectivity immediately I powered it on). Another attractive feature was it connects to the water line for steam functions therefore I do not need to add water manually. The controls will take a little more concentration to master. I also like the new lint catcher design. With the price drop, this is $$ well spent.

The dryer looks good and elegant. Only issue had been to figure out how to unlock the temperature. Customer service was not of any major help. But the stores salesmen was very responsive and helped to fix the problem to a major extent.

Good product. I just bought it and didn't measure and it was to large for the space so i had to take my door down. As for as it operating its a good buy!

I love this washer and dryer set I even bought the pedestals to go with them and they are the best the washer and dryer are easy to operate digital and they both play a nice little music on when they stop

Works great! I put 1hr for time dry but in less than 1hr my dryer stop means my clothes is dry. So you can save more electric power.

I purchased this dryer as open box excellent. When I received it, not only was it missing a bunch of the screws off the back, but the top was extremely scratched up and dented. Of course I didn’t see it until I got it home because it was wrapped up I was told my only option was to return it, really disappointed not only with the condition but the option given once receiving it in this condition.

I love this machine! It drys so well very quickly. I also have it connected to my phone so I can easily view the status!

Absolutely love this smart Samsung dryer! Especially the black. Only downfall is that it tells you what setting to use based on wash cycle. However, then if it happens to not dry all the way and you set it to anything. The “smart feature” decides to go for however long it wants instead of doing it for the time it says. So I have to start it a few times to try and trick it.

Purchased these store floor models and I have no complaints. They wash just as great as my older set of Samsungs in my other house. Never have any issues with my washer and dryers other than one belt let loose after 6 years on my old set and had a new one installed. Expect great service out of these units also!

I am SO disappointed! I purchased this Samsung dryer online as an "open box excellent" item. I have purchased hundreds of items from Best Buy as open box excellent condition and have never once had an issue. Here is the description directly from their website: Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging I had my father in law pick this up and deliver to me hours away from the Best Buy pick up location. It was wrapped in plastic when he arrived and they loaded for him, so he could not see it before loading and I had assured him it would be in like new condition as was stated upon purchase. Once we unwrapped it, it had several dings/dents on the top and sides, the finish on the plastic panel is hazy and scratched. The door has a large scratch in it. It should have never been sold online as an open box excellent item. I am 5 hours away from the purchase location, so I am not able to return this dryer. I will never trust again in the listed description on the Best Buy website. I paid a large amount for a dryer that looks like I purchased it several years old on craigslist. Such a bummer. Pictures do not do the damage justice. This dryer was used and abused and had NO business being listed as excellent condition/like new.

Love this dryer when I switch load from washer to dryer it already knows the best setting for dryer! Lots of different settings for your best results! Highly recommend getting this set

The staff that came to install was friendly and communicative. However they did scratch the dryer and we didn’t notice it until today. Kinda disappointing considering they’re brand new. Bummer….
