This is a huge upgrade from my 9yr old LG Steam Dryer - This dryer has a direct water line input for steam, Instead of the water bottle I had to constantly refill and load in a tray on the old LG unit! The brushed black is beautiful & contemporary, i upgraded from stainless steel washer and dryer. The dryer is very customizable and the phone connectivity is working better than expected . I especially appreciate the phone alerts from the dryer when a load cycle is complete because my laundry is located in my basement! Highly recommend!

We just bought these and so far its amazing, I was even able to connect it to my phone so i get an alert when my laundry is done. I have it set up on my sons pbone because he always forgets his laundry. You can evenconnect the washer to the dryer to be controlled on the washer . Love it!!

We got this product and never even think is gonna be a good drying machine, but turns out to work efficiently.

Had issues with the first 2 units that were delivered. One had scratches in the door. The other would not connect to the washer correctly.

The dryer works great, and it gives you many options. One thing that is something I will have to get used to is opening the filter. It’s hard on the fingernails! The dryer is also very quiet.

It came incorrectly assembled. The top piece was not connected correctly and there is a gap between the control face plate and the cover. Bad assembly QC

Great Samsung dryer drys amazing on all the settings I have used so far. Works great with steam dry to remove wrinkles in the clothes you want to wear for night out. So far no issues with the dryer and has performed great.

Simple dryer to operate, clean look and elegant style, performs well I have no complaints

It does not deserve 5 stars because when you put the bedding and duvets to dry, the dryer finishes the cycle prematurely and does not dry completely. In its favor I can say that it is very practical to use and supports a large load of clothes.

so far so good. Works well and looks good. I enjoy the little chime when it completes, not really necessary but it's neat. I do wish I could add time from the app though. Never thought I would say this about a Samsung product, but it's great value for the price

Sleek modern look is really nice! I really like the ability to use it with my phone. It will notify me when the load is done! What a great feature. Super drying capability. It dried two pillows on a normal dry cycle. Very impressive!!!
