Like many other reviewers, I was disappointed in the lack of inputs. It only has 2 HDMI ports and nothing else if you have any older devices like our Wii. The built in apps are also very slow. I was hoping to get rid of my AppleTV but the built in apps just don't work as well so we end up switching back to the AppleTV. But my biggest concern is that the TV started to show some lines on the screen a few days after we got it. It didn't matter if we were on an HDMI input, antenna, or one of the built in apps. Restarting the TV didn't help but after turning it off overnight, the lines disappeared. I'm very worried that the TV will have ongoing quality issues. If it weren't so difficult to remove from the wall and return to the store, I would have returned it already.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
If you continue to have issues with your TV not displaying properly, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Check the antenna and input cable connections
2) Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections
3) If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines
4) Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
5) Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
6) If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
7) If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal
(Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

Horrible streaming

Called Samsung and they couldn’t solve the problem. They said to either contact Best Buy and discus their return policy or they could send a technician to my house. I finally purchased a Roku for 30 bucks. Solved that problem but now I have yet another remote to deal with.

First thing though is we had to connect it with ethernet cable, since wifi wouldnt connect and when it did as soon as it turned off and would turn it back on youd have the same problem connecting it to the wifi again.
