Dumbest Smart Tv ever

But as for the smart features, it is sorely lacking. Having just had a roku smart tv, the samsung smart actually is pretty dumb. You only have access to a small handful of streaming channels like netflix, amazon prime, samsung tv, disney+ and maybe 4 others that are not good. You can NOT add streaming channels like cbs all access, espn+, or any of the hundreds of available streaming channels you might already be using. WHICH SUCKS. Espn+ is a staple channel for my husband, and History channel steam my fav, but no access on this dumb smart tv. So the tv itself gets good marks, except the sound is awful and you need a sound bar. The operating system it runs on is not intuitive and is super limited, that part I score a 0 on a scale of 1-5

Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. To add Apps, press the Home button to open the TV's Home screen menu. Navigate to the left on the bar at the bottom of the screen to select APPS. Note: ESPN+ is found within the ESPN app, and can be accessed with your subscription. You will also find the History channel app and much more.

Screen Issue

I have continue to press the screen in place after it starts to peel away. Picture is great. I have not found any fixes that make I am comfortable doing as it is only a cosmetic issue at this time.

The only complaint I have is that there’s only two HDMI ports. But since it’s already AirPlay and chrome cast enabled, that alleviates some of that problem. Great product overall, and well worth the Black Friday price I paid for it.

Fantastic TV for the price but do make sure that it will fit in your car if you’re doing pick up from store. Only 2 HDMI ports is annoying, easily able to purchase HDMI switch via Amazon.

New TV

We hung the TV and it looks great. Now the programming has been challenging, but I have the Greek Squad so I believe all will work out. I have cable hooked up just need to figure out the rest of the set up. The color and look is amazing.

We were originally looking at one that sold out. It turned out to be a good thing. A plus to this brand is Samsung Plus. It’s free live tv. I love that there is are buttons for prime video and Netflix on the remote.

The guy that brought it out didnt really care if it was placed properly in the bed of my truck. just kinda left it hanging off the edge so i had to try to move a 70 inch tv by myself. other then that, it was a great experience.

The only hiccup has been the menu gui, it is slightly sluggish, but not any worse than our previous samsung smart tv.

The only thing I wish was that the tv worked better when you try to screen share from your iPhone. When you try to broadcast what your watching on your phone to the tv it doesn’t work as great 100% of the time.
