Delivery was perfect an on time. 1st tv had lines through picture. I filed a return and Best Buy delivered another TV and picked up the defective one. Again no problems, no hassles.

But if I'm watching Hulu or Netflix or any other app it will exit out of the app your using on its own and start playing its pre loaded version of live tv. Sometimes if you start watching Netflix or Hulu it will play the sound but the picture disappears. A little annoying but over all its great.

He upgraded from and old TV to this smart TV and we have definitely made good use of it. It does have a slight lag to it though, which can be annoying when trying to choose an application or put up the volume. We thought it could have been an update, but it didn't help.

My only issues are the direct light LEDS. Seems to have a pretty bad back light bleed on darker scenes with more blacks and grays. All four corners have about 5 inches of graying into the screen. I noticed a dead pixel when I bought my screen so make sure to check your panels.

It is taking a little time to remember which buttons to press for certain software commands, but I'm sure that won't take much longer.

It’s a series 6 from what I can guess is a 2018 model. Not a huge fan of the remote. Newer model remotes way better. Great value for a 70inch. Only complaint is the WiFi constantly discounts and only way to reconnect is to unplug power to reboot. Finally had to just hardline the connection.

Good budget/entry level TV

The picture quality is good, as you would expect from Samsung. However, this is a budget TV and as such it has limited connectivity and the menu system is extremely slow even unresponsive at times.

Good budget tv
