    Everything about this TV is great, including value & delivery. The only minor issue I had, was there was no option for an RCA Jack portal on the back by the HDMI/Optical/USB portals

    For the price this is an amazing TV! The resolution is great. It looks good whether you're watching cable, netflix or playing video games. 4K games look AMAZING. I would definitely recommend.

    Love the quality of the TV. However have a very hard time always connecting my AirPlay 2. I have called Samsung and Apple and still no solution. Other than that it’s a great TV. Love the size for my living room

Please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update.

      Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using, and the new version is the latest update.

      New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

    Its a great tv, great panel, nothing extra. However, the smart part interface ui is very slow and sometimes unresponsive. I just bought Google TV dongle and use it instead of Sammys poor smart environment- and it solves all the issues.

    Excellent TV for the price and size. The glare on he tv is bad but moving a lamp and closing a curtain fixed the problem. The Remote is terrible , the buttons are too close together and im and always hitting the wrong one. And the Tizen menu system is a mess.

    This is a great product. My wife and I love this TV. The colors are great and you can see everything in true detail and color. Shipping and delivery was fantastic too. Great service!!

    We love our TV! We got it on a wicked sale. Best part is how it will automatically switch back and forth between standard mode and gaming mode when we open up a game on the xbox.

    Good tv for the price. Tv works great, standard speakers are a little weak and the TV's contrast isn't the best, but that's to be expected from a tv in this price range. Very satisfied

    I marked it as a good prodyct because I had issues with the connection with the internet I had ti contact custoemr service from samsung and it took a while for them to come to my house to fix it. other than that, it is a good product

    We literally just hung this tv on our wall. We just remodeled our house and wanted to wait until it was finished. So far no issues and I would recommend buying this tv.

    The TV is great. Good value for money. But have experienced issues with some apps hanging. At that point, a restart of the TV is required. This seems ancient, when a device needs a restart to work.

    Bought this TV for our son and his family for Christmas after reading the reviews and seeing the great sale price. They installed it on the wall in their home and they Love It!!!

    Love the tv. The curbside pickup was trash. Wouldn’t do curbside again. Seems to have more associates standing around inside store. Then having people really help with curbside.

    TV works great and is super fast with its apps and connectivity. Only problem I have had is some apps didn't want to be downloaded right away; simple turn off and on did the job.

    My pick up was so fast and easy. I didn’t have to wait more five minutes! Since my item is a Christmas present, I can’t speak to that yet, but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

    Great experience so far. This was a great and unbeatable value. The only issue had been keeping network connectivity. However, the solution is to turn the TV off then on again.

    Good tv for the price. Only 2 HDMI slots can be a deal breaker for some, but here are work arounds. Picture quality is okay. It's kind of weird it doesn't have a "Sports" mode.
