We purchased this TV because it was a great price for the Brand, size and resolution. The picture could be a bit brighter, but I bought this for my moms house, and am used to OLED

Installed as a video conferencing system. Great tv and a lot of good smart tv apps. Works great as video conferencing and a chat tv at the office

Everything went fairly smooth except that I filled out a form for a Bestbuy card and was approved....THEN the connection was lost and because there were two applications neither were accepted. That really hurt.

I bought this TV as a gift for friends. They just loved it. They said its like sitting in a movie theater. They also loved the special features.

Good tv if you don’t care about the fancy bells and whistles of the higher end TVs. It is very big, might would of decided on a 60-65in instead.

I've had no issues with this tv since I bought it on Black Friday. Easy to install on a wall mount and flawlessly connects with the soundbar.

I like the tv the only thing I don’t like is that I can’t get the screen crystal clean Obed tried various tv cleaning kits and nothing cleans the screen every single one leaves streak marks all over the tv

This is a great television. It does all the smart features we need it to do and much more. We love that we can screen mirror with this Samsung.

We love our new TV! I had a bit of an issue with the setup, but a Best Buy rep gave me a simple solution and it worked without a problem.

Awesome TV but just make sure you change your settings on the picture you you don't get the soap opera effect on movies. Really annoying.

The delivery was great! The tv came in amazing condition as should be expected. Overall, having this tv delivered was a great experience.

The only down side is that Samsung doesn't allow the movies anywhere app to be added yet... Otherwise it's another great Samsung product!
