Overall, it's a great price for such a large TV, especially considering you get Apple TV built in (if you don't have that hardware). But sometimes the apps fail to work properly and you have to go through a bit of a convoluted process to fix them (more than just turning it off and back on).

I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.
If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version.

The TV was delivered as damaged, then replaced with a another damaged one. The 3rd was so fine. The last delivery missed the appointment and had to reschedule. They called to reschedule again bc it was late. I refused to reschedule and was willing to accept the late delivery. Two tech delivered and installed the unit. They put on shoe covers though something brown and wet dripped along the path. It dirtied the floor. One of the 2 tech was antsy to leave rushing out I was not able to ask the questions I wanted. I understand it was late they might have been tired. Best Buy shouldn’t overload too many deliveries on one team

After we set it up our streaming channels wouldn't open without turning the TV off for a minute and turning it back on. After calling best buy & Samsung we found out that is not compatible with our AT&T 5 G service. It didn’t state this anyplace on the web sites nor packaging.
