Great picture but problem with optical sound

Easy to adjust back to optical sound bar connection but you shouldn’t have to do this.

Everything I need and want in an entertainment system. Salesperson was beyond patient and extremely helpful. Its why Best Buy will always be my favorite store

Ok tv

It has a glare, they said it wouldn't. Don't use where the are windows. Also, the apps freeze often so you have to unplug the tv to get it to reset. The picture is awesome and we love the HD & 4K capabilities. Needs a few improvements.

Was the last piece and the bestbuy were able to put a hold on to it. So I placed the order and the delivery was super quick too. Hang it on wall and see the magic. Make sure u follow all the guidelines for example distance of viewing, etc for best results.

Excellent color and build quality

The only complaint is that HDR movies are pretty dark even with the lights out. Basically it's the nicest tv Samsung makes without going to QLED so is no fear of screen burn in.

We had to return it and had to upgrade to.this years model due to no inventory. We are very pleased with this t.v...although not too pleased you made us pay 200 extra when our other TV only lasted 2 weeks.
