I had to return the original one due to a problem with the TV shutting on and off by itself. Reading online I have seen this o be a problem but so far the second one is perfect.

This would have gotten 5 stars but it did not come with the correct length screws for the wall mount. If Samsung is going to sell a tv that does not match up with a standard wall mount they should include the correct screws.

We love the Samsung 8 series tv! The graphics are awesome and perfect for teens and gaming! The Geek Squad set it up and mounted the TV. We are so very happy with this purchase!

With the whole family home for the pandemic, this recieved non-stop use for watching movies, listening to music and game playing. Flawless performance always

Picture clarity is great. Sound is fine although we are using a sound bar. User interface could use an upgrade. It is not as intuitive as I would like but serviceable. Overall very happy with purchase.

I had geek squad come out and hook it up. They did a great job all I had to do is start watching it. They took care off the remotes and sound bar. Glad I purchased this tv

All the relatives love to watch the DALLAS Cowboys on it, now I'm going to have to buy my youngest daughter one for a house warming gift when the house is finished.

Things were going great until last month. The color kept getting really bright or dark. Called Best Buy/Geek squad. Apparently it is a known issue. Anyway, Geek squad ordered the part, and came out to fix it quickly. It has been ok so far. Whatever they fixed, seemed to fix the shaky screen too. It was shaking from the beginning. O told my husband to take it back then, but he did not. We have owned this TV less than a year....

This TV is great. The clarity is incredible. Only problem is it doesn't allow MLB subscription to be downloaded as an app.

The install was great. Love the tv. Had a glitch in scheduling part 1. But it happens. Overall a great experience in this wierd environment

This is an excellent 4K TV. I use it for movies to playing games on the Nvidia shield. I've had it almost a year and it still feels brand new to me.

We love our new Samsung tv. We mounted it in our living room with all cables inside the wall. No cable box as we are streaming with YouTube TV.

Overall the television is great in terms of size, sleekness, and design. But for what you pay the picture quality could be better. Setting the display to “movie” definitely helped out a lot.

I like this tv, had an issue but was able to get it resolved. I really don't link the cheaper tv's with no 1 HDMI's.

After a month of a great picture. The tv started not to power on. The only way was to unplug it, and plug it back in. Then it powers up with the beautiful picture. Contacted BB only to find that there was nothing that they could do after 15 days. Contacted Samsung and they gave me a local company to call. They came out 5 days later and went from part to part and it did not power on. I have this monster on the wall that does not work at all. I think I will turn it to a wall poster or picture. I had bought a 50 inch LG a week before the RU8000. It sits in front of the useless monster. No more BB or Samsung for me.

Loving it never knew a TV like this one exist, esasy to set-up and like that works very good along with Alexa, great resolution, minimalistic design

Great t.v. lots of apps already on it. And able to download more. Has a phenomenal Game mode for... video games obviously. Overall a well investment. Just a touch pricey. Best to wait for sales.

One of the features I was sold on was having the spectrum app available to download on the TV and not needing a cable box. It streams great but the picture quality is not the best.

Very excited to add the new Samsung TV for viewing and aesthetics. Hard to give thorough review since installation doesn't take place till 7/2/19.
