Lower price after a week and no price match refund

Now ONE MONTH LATER I called best buy to enquire about the refund, was put on hold for an hour then hung up on. Never buying from best buy again. STILL NO PRICE MATCH REFUND.

Bad picture tube

I am going to call Bestbuy to see what my options are now. I have a SHARP tv for more than 12 years for now. It runs almost 10 hours a day. I never have any issues with it. I thought Samsung TVs are good. I should think twice before i buy any other Samsung products.

SAD!!! Horizontal lines ruin it

I travel all the time so TV is only used during the weekends. Very SAD!!!

Worst TV Purchase Ever

I will update after I have it serviced. Vur I would stay clear of Samsung TVs. Sharp makes a far superior product.

Terrible picture

The picture quality is very bad every show I watch I always have to go in and adjust the picture. Please spend the extra money and get a Q model.

Samsung TV review after 4+ years of use

Buyer beware of buy 2 year warranty

The picture quality is amazing, they sound is great but better with a sound bar or system. It has lasted us and still going strong with no intention of getting replaced anytime soon
