My buying experience was better than anticipated. The salesperson was honest and very educated. The delivery was delayed due to the tech being ill however, the guys that did deliver did such a great job that I made them allow me to buy them lunch. The only negative was when I tried to call the store via the Geek Squad. The automated phone system is frustrating and it took me talking to 2 people on 3 separate calls to finally get an answer to my question on delivery dates. Overall the "in person" service is truly worthy of referral...

Lone the ease of use, apps and amazing picture in this TV! So happy I didn’t get the lower price Samsung, this model is worth every penny!

Sharp picture nice color, although it doesn't have the greatest volume you have to start at 16 when between 10 and 11 should give good sound

This tv is perfect. No picture issues, sound or connectivity. The color is absolutely beautiful. And I love access to all my streaming apps.

This 75 inch TV replaced a 6 year old 55 inch Samsung that had started to turn itself on and off. Great picture quality and easy to set up, use.

Love this TV, it's my first large screen to replace plasma. I was going to get the 70", but measured above my fireplace and the 75" fits perfect since the frame edge is so small. It is so bright and colorful. i have it connected to a 5.1 surround sound system. The tech suggested i go with the 8000 series, even though it's on the lower end of the samsung line. I also like the TV apps. Two years later I'm now getting a Samsung QLED 65".

Wasn’t sure I was going to see a difference. I was wrong. This tv is amazing and such clarity. Apps are easy to install and use.

This TV is quite an upgrade to the same series 60" we bought in 2015...the UI is much improved (Smart Hub), and the size...well, it is a noticeable upgrade, as you can imagine. The remote functions as a catch-all for our HDMI devices, and with a few simple steps, I was able to link my soundbar (Bose) to work via the Samsung remote (I was just focused on the volume up/down). However, finding the instruction steps is not straightforward...but a web search got me what I needed. Overall: very happy!

I bought this TV to replace a Samsung 65 inch TV also the 8 series. That TV went to the rec room for the X-Box which the kids love that TV now. This new 75 inch TV of course is bigger but still has a phenomenal picture. I hung it on the wall and it looks very impressive in the family room. The TV has many different apps including NetFlix, Youtube, Amazon and many others. The family loves this TV. Even better, I bought it around Black Friday on BestBuy's website and got the price $200 below the current price.

I really love that tv and best buy had a great deal on it. I like how easy it is operate and the sharpness of the image.

Needed to replace a 55" Samsung which had been knocked out by a power surge and wanted to fill an area in my home entertainment space and complement a new receiver which had also been damaged. Picture is dramatically better than my previous set, the SMART capabilities are extraordinary, and the audio interfaces are perfect with the new receiver. Best Buy Sales - Orlando in Clearwater - guided me well in my purchase, delivery was easy, setup was tedious but fun (learned a lot). I'm very happy.

I have all Samsung TVs now. Never had a problem with one. This one looks great so far. I never owned a TV this big before. I do wish that the website would have warned me that I shouldn't transport it flat. It sucked to show up with a pickup that has a bed cover on a rainy day. They make a note when you pick it up that you are transporting it flat, and say they won't warranty it if it breaks. That is a fair policy, but had I known I would have made other arrangements to pick it up.

This TV by Samsung has outdone itself! The clarity and color are as vivid as real life. It is a replacement for our Samsung 65 inch TV that was starting to shadow across the top of the screen after 5 years. This one fits perfectly in its place on the wall. We are an older couple and had installers come in to set up the TV and wall mount because of the weight. It's not bad, but for us who are aging, let the younger folks handle the work. We would recommend this TV. Be Blessed.
