    Failed Just After 72 Days

    I really wanted to love this TV. The picture quality was decent and the system itself ran smoothly, no lag when navigating menus or switching apps, and it powered on quickly. Unfortunately, after just 72 days of use, the screen completely failed. It started showing pixelated white lines across the entire display with no picture at all, and none of the troubleshooting steps worked to fix it. To make matters worse, the warranty process takes way too long. You’ll be without a TV for several weeks before you can even get a refund or replacement. While I’m thankful it’s covered under warranty, it’s still frustrating to deal with such a short lifespan and a slow resolution process. I take great care of my electronics, so this shouldn’t have happened. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this model or Samsung TVs in general, the reliability and support just aren’t worth it.

      Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    Samsung and Best Buy, never again.

    Purchased this TV on June 25 in Bozeman, Montana. Sat in my basement until August 23 unopened. Open opening and turning on the TV the screen showed lines and weird shapes. Obviously a defective TV. Best Buy said it was too late to return and after calling Samsung and chatting with somebody in God knows where they said the warranty only covered defects in workmanship. It was obvious there was a problem with workmanship. Neither Best Buy or Samsung refused to help. Purchase a Samsung or a product at Best Buy at your own risk. Might be a fine tv but we’ll never know.

    Cracked Screen

    TV was delivered by Best Buy. Screen was cracked. Reached out to Best Buy and was told it was after the 3 days. I purchased the tv stand seven days after the tv arrived as it was difficult to find a big tv stand. Best Buy started it was too late. Brand new tv with a cracked screen. Will NEVER shop at Best Buy again.

      Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.

      Then, run Auto Program: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both.

      - Select Air if you're using an antenna only.
      - Select Cable if you're using a cable box only.
      - Select Both if you're using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way.

    I bought this product based on reviews and I regretted it I couldn't return it because I only have a small vehicle and the only option was to take it to the store Please spend a little more and buy something better

    After weeks of research, countless YouTube reviews, and a few too many nights scrolling through specs I barely understood, I finally pulled the trigger on this TV , and I can confidently say it is the best-looking 4K display I’ve ever seen. From the moment I turned it on, the picture quality absolutely floored me. The colors aren’t just bright , they’re vivid without crossing into that over-saturated, cartoonish territory you sometimes get with cheaper panels. Reds look deep and rich, blues have this gorgeous natural calmness, and greens pop in a way that makes nature documentaries feel like you’re staring out of a perfectly clean window into another world.

    This Samsung UHD 4K smart TV is simply amazing, especially considering the great price at Best Buy. First, the unit is very well packaged so the TV makes the trip home undamaged. Unpacking the unit is very well explained. After selecting a suitable wall-mount (also from Best Buy) the best was yet to come; the picture quality is, simply put, AMAZING and the setup procedure is straightforward nad easy to follow. I could not be happier with this Samsung TV; once again, it represents a high-end quality TV at an amazing price.
