Great for watching animated disney movies or playing your favorite games! Has good quality picture that mimics the movie theateres as its a really big screen of 75 inches. Only down side so far is it needs a sound bar Which can be bought easily. My wife absoulty loves it

I thought I was stuck and couldn't afford what I wanted in a replacement. I was soooo wrong! This TV is bigger, crisper and smarter than what I had. I finally have true colors back on the screen - not everyone looks sunburnt Haha! So happy that I found this - and that it was SUPER AFFORABLE! Now if you’ll excuse me. I have some serious Tetris and Mario Kart to play!!

The picture quality is perfect, sound quality is nice and the pre installed apps is a nice feature. No need to have any other devices to stream apps since this TV is able to download them.

Remote and menu are difficult to use and very frustrating. Two weeks after we purchased it, a digital artifact appeared on the screen. It looks like a small cross-section of a bar code. The artifact/flaw is there on any source I select. I tried getting some guidance through the online chat but that was a waste of time. The warranty information on the website is like looking for your keys in a mud puddle. I'm done with Samsung and Best Buy.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the bar code you are seeing on your TV.
It is possible that the barcode you are seeing is a part of the protective film. Please be aware that not all TVs come with a protective film. If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a blue tab in the upper left corner. The tab has an illustration showing how to remove the protective film. If there is no blue tab in the upper left corner, no protective film is on the screen and peeling anything off would damage what is the screen.
If you do not have a protective film, please run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
- If the issue still appears after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device.
- If issues appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.
If the barcode appears during your test, the TV will need service. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty appointment. 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, really impressive for this price range. The Tizen OS is easy to navigate, and I love how quickly I can access all my streaming apps. Sound is decent but could use a bit more bass, so I might add a soundbar. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a big-screen experience without spending a fortune. Overall, great value for a 75” 4K smart TV!

It feels too much like they are selling all of the streaming platforms. Also, for a smart TV it is lacking the convenient features. Another example - it’s remote doesn’t have a mic so you have to type movie names etc. Overall satisfied with quality and picture, but just wish it had the convenient other things.

We are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU7200 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.
Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.
