They sold me a broken TV with the cloudiest picture you could possibly imagine. Check out the photo- that’s supposed to be a black image.

To determine whether the issue is related to the TV itself, we recommend running a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition test image for you to examine. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If the issue appears on all sources and during the Picture Test, the TV may require service. TV was well packaged from manufacturer and Best Buy had it waiting for me when I arrived. An associate helped me load the TV into the back of my F150. Its big. If bigger than 75' consider delivery opition or have a trailer / box truck. TV looks amazing and love the remote. Highly recommend this product. Legs / feet are height adjustable and require zero tools. Flat panels have come a long way. Definetly a two person lift / setup but managble. GUI is easy to navigate to setup TV. Really think the DU8000 in 75" and a price point under $1k will hit the sweet spot for most.

We’ve always had Samsung tvs. This time we went a little bigger than what we had before. The size is perfect, gives the feel of being at the movie theater in the comfort of your own home! We love watching together as a family and the colors, picture and sound quality are incredible. We are very happy with our Samsung TV!

These guys came in and went right to work. I was out and about and my husband was calling me about placement and this and that so finally he put me on speaker phone and the guys were so nice. They didn't seem frustrated with us. They knew what they were doing and we really enjoy our tv. Good Sound, good picture, and very user friendly. I like how it syncs to the Samsung app.

recently purchased this 75-inch Samsung TV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! We've had this TV for almost two months now, and we love it! We upgraded from a 65" to 75". I know most people will say there are better "classes" out there, but we're very happy with this one. Picture is amazing, sound is great. We upgraded from a Sony, and one of the main reasons was the streaming performance. We only stream, no cable or satellite, and it's much better with the Samsung, faster and with less glitches. We had considerable trouble with Hulu on our Sony, but the performance here is outstanding. Frankly, we're a Samsung household, 7 tv's and they're all Samsung.

Picture quality is great for the price, but the gui tends to be slow and non impressive. Honestly would rather it be a dumb tv like the old ones were like and then just connect a streaming box. But i guess that goes for most of these smart tv operating systems...

Owned 65” DU8000 Crystal UHD for two months now. Very happy with set up, picture, general performance. Only issue was NetFlix app locked up once and could not get it to unfreeze but could move in and out of the app. May not have been a TV issue but unsure. Only way to unfreeze the app was to unplug the TV power (not turn off but actually remove power source to TV) and then power it back up. Brought app back up and all has been fine so far.
We have 3 other Samsungs that are smaller.

This was definitely worth the purchase. The picture quality was totally amazing compared to our previous TV. Everyone in my household loves it! It was easy to set up and easy to use. We were able to connect it to our Samsung phones and control it through the app.

Awesome TV for the price! It was open box and didn’t come with a remote, but using the Samsung Smart Things app on my phone works fine. Thought I would need a sound bar but the sounds is superb.
