Like every Samsung product. It breaks down just after the warranty expires. A sudden and unexplained dark vertical band is a known issue with these TVs and my experience is no different. Was an amazing TV until it wasn’t.

Though overall a good TV, I see frequent connection issues with the TV. Samsung tech has already visited once and done service, and the problem still continues. Now working with another Samsung technician to understand and gain resolution. Will update after that.

Five years later, and I still love this TV! It has the clearest picture. I love that it has a narrow border great remote easy to use. Vibrant colors never had downtime love it will buy as close as I can get to this model again when I get ready to re-purchase, but I hate to get rid of this one!

My wife and I just bought this TV. We've never owned anything larger than a 50' TV. With all the argument's over refresh rates: weather to get a 60hz, 120hz, or 240hz. I started doing a ton of research. I'm a research guy. Come to find out. 1.) Refresh rate is important. 2.) Companies lie about their refresh rate - legally. How do they do it? Here's how they do it. They will say a TV is "240 HZ", but what they aren't telling you is they aren't actually putting 240 still images in front of you in one second. They are adding in a black frame very other frame. So you get a frame of what you are watching, and then a frame that's a pure black screen, and then a frame of what you are watching. This is how they can say "240 HZ". This TV's refresh rate is 120 HZ, and its perfect. No need to pay anymore for the "240 HZ" version. Come to find out, no TV has 240 HZ, they just don't go that high. Now they do make *true* 120HZ tv's. And that's definitely something to buy for so you don't get the so called "Motion blur" you've heard so many complain about. I've used this TV on my Xbox One. It looks beautiful. Absolutely stunning. My wife and I both sat there in shock when we first turned it on to set it up. We were blown away. And the sound quality from the speakers is actually I'd say 4/5. We do have a soundbar, but I haven't hooked it up yet. Also, I used to work at Best Buy. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY A $100.00 HDMI CABLE. It's total and utter nonsense. An HDMI cable is an HDMI cable. Do some research, everyone agree's. CNET, MyBusters, all agree, because it's digital tech, it literally either works, or it doesn't. There is no in-between, unlike analog signals. So buy a High Speed HDMI cable on amazon for $6.00, and enjoy the same amazing picture the joker next to you is watching with his $300.00 gold plated cable, and drink a nice expensive bottle of wine that you could afford because you didn't get tooled into buying a worthless cable in the sales process. Point is, do your research, know your product, and it'll save you getting squeezed in a moment of insecurity. Overall, great TV. We love it. Will update as we have this TV longer.

Very surprised of the quality this television presented. After much research and indecisiveness, I must say I am pleased with my purchase. Great picture, size and price. Also, I love the fact it is a smart TV as well. Just make sure you have 2 people to install, this TV is very heavy. Thank you BESTBUY for another great purchase.

Amazing Color, decent sound, impressive "smart" OS. Usually smart tvs are anything but "smart". The Samsungs smart offerings are functional and quick to launch, inluding Amazon, Netflix and Hulu, of which we use them all. Was able to drop my firestick from HDMI as the built in apps are just as functional. I love this TV.

I recently purchased a new house which has a much larger living room. My last Samsung lasted me 9 years before I wound up with two rows of dead pixels across the screen. I figured I'd go with Samsung again and see how the new 4K TV's look. I gotta say, the picture is amazing. Initially I thought the TV was a bit dim, but figured out that the default power saving profile keeps the backlight dim. Bump it up to any other profile and things look a lot better. Overall I'm very happy with this TV and its a HUGE upgrade over my 55" 1080 plasma TV.

TV purchases for large great room. Quality of picture and sound are perfect. Doesn’t need a sound bar for quality listening. Clear picture outstanding feature. Easy set up. Thin, light, and not bulky. Great purchase. Samsung has great quality.

We purchased this TV a couple of days ago, and so far, we're loving it! It has a crisp, clean, and sharp picture. The nature scenes are unbelievable...almost like you're there in the jungles with them. I consider it a great buy.

We had many choices when purchasing a new tv but this Samsung was just perfect. The size is big enough for a large room. The picture is beautiful and the colors are very vivid. plus the price at Best Buy was great.

i love this TV is big and it has a clear picture, in addition the cost wasn't that outrageous for a big TV. i also like that is easy to hang on your wall and easy to mange with a new redesign remote control

I love it great size and love the picture quality you definitely need 2 strong people for the installation its a very heavy tv. I do not like the stand on tv they seem to cheap but holds the tv in place.

This smart t.v. has been a great addition to my house! So large that my girls consider it to be a movie theater. All the features of this tv work well. It quickly moves between my cable provider, netflix, prime video, etc. There is no delay and great sound quality naturally with the tv. A sound bar is almost not even needed. I am in love with this addition to our house and very happy with the purchase. No buyer's remorse here.
