I returned the tv back, not because it wasn’t a good tv. I’m very particular when it comes to audio and picture. I was trying to save some money by going with 70 series when I was really wanting the 80 series. The 70 series doesn’t come with the anti-glare technology which I really wanted

Went to the Holyoke Best Buy to purchase a Q80 series that a sale price was sent to me a day earlier in a email, showed the salesman, but he and the store manager would not honor the price. So I left disgruntled, waited a few days, checked online price and inventory at other stores, and then finally settled with the Q70 series and purchased one at your Enfield store.

Continues the standard of samsung I would expect. Size does matter

TV had some problems out of the box, no matter what setting the tv would just not stop with motion blur. Trying to watch sports and see pixels and fuzziness when a runner on the field is very distracting. Spoke with Samsung and Comcast TV they were just pointing fingers back at each other which didn't fair well with me. Then the TV would just go black on the screen for 3 seconds and reappear, this went on for all night no matter what channel. Called Samsung again and they told me to unplug the HDMI cable and turn the tv off then replug the HDMI and turn tv back on, this did solve that problem but why would I have to do this at all with a brand new TV. Anyway after having the tv for a week I returned to store. I am a big fan of Samsung but maybe this was just a lemon.

Little bit of lag when watching live sports. Other than that, great tv

Tech came took tv out of the box, plugged it in and left. Never hooked up my surround sound, didn't check the settings. Overall did8do anything the salesman said he would do.

I upgraded from a 52 inch to the 75 inch. This is an incredible tv with so much more versatility than my previous tv. Purchased the samsung soundbar as well and it is great.

The TV I purchased is great. I am thoroughly enjoying it. It has all the bells and whistle I needed. Is was put together by the Best Buy tech thoroughly and professionally.

Excellent good quality TV with easy straightforward set up instructions. My only gripe is that the first one I got had a manufacturer's defect in the screen and I had to take it back off the wall and have Best Buy bring me a new one. Which I had to put back up. The TV is not light. It's about 80 pounds.

The sales rep at this store was very good and did a great job Instructing me on the features available on each model. So I was able to get what I wanted

Great TV and great service from Best Buy and geek squad. Would’ve been 5 stars but internet drops sometimes, the AI is too sensitive where in I had to turn off some of it. It would turn on on its own. Couldnt recognize some of my device. Probably just needs a software update and should be good.
