Horrible sound

Picture quality is amazing, sound quality is horrible! After having this for 1 year and trying every setting on the television and Samsung sound bar, there is no setting that allows you to hear voices. My wife and I both cannot hear voices, music and surround sound is ok, but for whatever reason the voices sound muted and it is impossible to make out what is being said. We were given an LG as a Xmas gift last year, WAY better sound on the LG. Very disappointed with this expensive piece of wall art!

I will be setting up my home theater soon. I hope with the full setup it will wow me.

Ok picture

I am sorry to hear that you are having lip-sync issues with your Q70R QLED TV.
If your lip-sync issue is between the TV video and soundbar audio, then Dolby Digital content may be the cause for your audio delay as this is a known issue affecting all brands.
Samsung has recently released a firmware update to improve lip-sync delays. Please check that your TV firmware is updated to Version 1335.0 or higher: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/2019-qled-tv-q70r-series
