The picture quality, refresh rate, and ease of setup make this a must-have. When setting up, it automatically detected all of my HDMI devices making the setup quick and easy. The packaging made it extremely easy to install the mounting hardware on the back of the TV by keeping it upright and steady. The picture is phenomenal, colors are lifelike and vibrant, and it's an absolute dream for 4k gaming.

Amazing picture quality and awesome sound even without a sound bar or sound system. I love the ambient mode for evening viewing. Waiting to try it out with my ps5 but so far all other aspects of the tv have been great. I also love that the spectrum app is able to be downloaded on Samsung TVs so no need for a spectrum cable box for this tv!

I was surprised at the quality of this TV for the price. Great picture and the interface is phenomenal. Everything from apps to setup menus are right at your fingertip. 4K upscaling is great with impressive 4K picture quality. You can't go wrong with this TV at this price point. Did I mention it was a great TV for the price?

This is an awesome TV. The image is beautiful, the design is elegant. My only criticism was that the internet connection was tricky to set up, it wouldn't connect to my router until I pushed the WPS button. But after some troubleshooting we got that figured out. There wasn't an option to skip ahead in the setup without connecting to the internet, which was annoying at the time. Either way, great TV!

While I love this TV’s picture, smart hub and device controls I’ve found two issues. First is the Bixby voice control. It would come on screen without any viewer input, seemingly prompted by sound from the tv. It was so annoying I had to go into settings and shut it off. So that’s a feature that I paid for and can’t utilize. The second issue has to do with the device control the tv has. It allows the user to use the tv’s remote to control devices like audio receivers, DVD players etc. I’ve found that it works great with the exception that it won’t turn off my Onkyo receiver. I can’t seem to find a way to fix it, there’s no system troubleshooting for this feature.

I purchased this Samsung as a gift for my daughter & granddaughter. They love watching movies and the large screen of this TV gives them an in home, mini theater experience. The colors are truly exquisite and there are many special options included. Based on the ravings of the gift receivers, I would recommend this TV and would buy one for myself if I was in the market for a new TV.

This TV looks fantastic. I've been watching a bunch of 4K content for the last week and a half and my eyeballs are tingling. This is a huge step up from my old 65" HDTV. Deep blacks, bright colors, gradual gradients, fine detail, no weird motion effects. I highly recommend it. I don't use the speakers or the apps, just the display. I don't play games on it, just watch TV and movies.

We replaced a Sony 65" LED tv that was 13 years old. Still works great but not a smart tv. Put this tv in the same place and what a difference. You get used to what you have. This tv is very nice. Great picture. Waiting for Christmas to open the surround sound Samsung wireless sound bar. Should be a great Hoiiday for the family. Also bought a 55" as well. very nice

Absolutely impressed by the quality of the picture and ease of Smart features.

Easy set up. Picture is beautiful. Bought the sound bar too. Quality is excellent.

TV was easy to setup. Some TV channels display “ghosting” but only a few. The main channels come in clear as a bell such as: FOX, ABC, NBC,CBS. I have really enjoyed this TV this far.

Too bad they moved this up to the next level for 2020. At the 7 series level, it was a great buy. Now you have to go to the 8 series to get the same features and the current 7 series is not as good. Amazing picture, high refresh rate, lots of bells and whistles. QLED is really remarkable. Was able to buy this open box for half price. Deal of the year!
