    The TV is fine, but the set up service was horrible. I specifically asked if they could hide the wires and they assured me they could. When the first team came they said they couldn't move the plug. I had an electrician come out and do EXACTLY what they said to do. Team 2 came out and said they couldn't do it either. After talking to customer service, we decided I'd better get the installation done elsewhere.

    Nightmare Experience with Geek Squad Installation

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced.

    In the era of smart TVS, why you would design a minimalistic TV with a large almost cable box sized module that has to be connected to it... I do not know and hence why these TVS are returned all the time. (I returned mine shortly after opening it) I bought the cheaper version from Hi-Sense. More than happy with it. Much better options out there for the money if you want a TV. These things are purely for the Matte finish on the screens. Artwork looks great on them, Go Hi-Sense. The new "pro" model that just came out is awful too. Save your money

    Out of the box this TV was cracked. Best Buy’s answer: it probably wasn’t like that when it left the store. More than $2k down the drain. Complete customer service fail!! I will never shop at Best Buy again and I hope the readers of this review do the same.

    BEWARE OF ONE CONNECT BOX

    Beware that this TV has a HUGE one box connect that you simply can’t hide unless you have enough space behind a wall and have someone create a space within the wall. If you can’t hide it, it completely defeats the purpose of the sleek and minimalistic look. Some Samsung TVs bring an optional box. This one you have to use it. RETURNED and got a much better TV for a better price. I went with a 77 inch Sony Bravia.

    Frame drives broken. Had to call out of the country 10 times, would not send replacement. Had to return in store. Then repurchase. Won’t let customers box up and leave for pick up of broken item without someone home. Will never buy form Best Buy again. Lost a customer forever.

    Product is great but we used geek squad to install and it went very poorly. About 20 holes in the wall of our brand new house, the team installing it we’re fighting amongst themselves, not a good experience at all. All for almost $500

    We love our new TV and the artwork function is great. We have absolutely no glare issues as we have lots on windows around the tv.

    Best Buy lies. They tell you as a member you can get price matching when the product goes on sale but then when you call in to get it they tell you it is not available.

    My only regret was not getting a 75”. The fist time I saw the frame was at a friends house, and i said cool art piece. They lauged and said that it was the tv. It definitely is a nice addition to any living room not to mention, the picture quality is also great.

    2.5 stars. The reflection handling is amazing. I'm very happy with that. For displaying art, it is quite good. We bought the teak frame. It looks good. The frame sits very flush to the wall. We were disappointed that it doesn't really come with any included art (maybe 2 dozen junk images). I assumed that it would include popular public domain images, but even those require a subscription. As far as a TV, it is OK at best. The backlight-bleed is off the charts bad. I've never seen anything like it. It is very distracting when watching dark movies. I found changing the Picture Mode to Dynamic (instead of Standard) helped some. I have another 75" Samsung QLED TV (not a frame tv) and I don't notice any backlight-bleed on that TV. The viewing angles are also surprisingly bad. The picture is washed out if you aren't straight in front of the TV. I was expecting this to be similar to my Samsung QLED 75" Q60 + art mode + better reflection handling. In the end, I got art mode + better reflection handling, but the picture is a significant step down from my Samsung Q60. Good: - Reflection handling - Looks good in art mode - Mounts very flush to the wall - Can add free art using Smartthings app - separate Connect One box Bad: - Backlight bleed in dark movies is really really bad - Viewing angles are surprisingly bad (dark movies look gray and washed out from an angle) - Adding a bezel is pretty expensive: $200

      In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if the picture you are seeing is not to your liking.

      You can go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

    Terrible tv!!! Save your money and buy a different style, this frale tv is total garbage. Purchased in may of 24 it is now march of 25 and have had two service calls for same problem ( shuts down frequently) months owned 10. Months working correctly 3 . I purchased the 85" and am currently awaiting a replacement tv. Samsung has good products but the frame series have been nothing but trouble

    0 stars if I could. This tv is a scam. Frames run about $800. If the box or box cable break you are screwed. You can’t find another one. No one can help you. It’s a nightmare. You cannot turn on tv without box. Don’t buy.
