This TV is awesome! The smart TV infrastructure works great and is a HUGE improvement over the older Samsung models. Pairs perfectly with all of my devices and universal remote setup was a piece of cake. Image clarity is awesome and the picture is beyond compare with any other TV i've seen in a person's home. Can't wait to watch sports on this thing (if they ever come back!)..

This was a high priced item for its time and worked well for a couple of years until we experience a backlight go out and now the right side of the screen is almost unwatchable due to being too dark. We are seriously disappointed in the unit and we have noticed that we are not the only people to have experience this issue. Staying away from Samsung TVs from now on!

All I can say is WOW, I love movies and going to the theater. With COVID I was really missing the experience, but this TV goes a long way in meeting that need. Great picture and so easy to use. I paid extra for the Gerk Squad to install and set up. Money well spent, they were great! You can’t go wrong with this TV

Okay, so I moved cross country in 2018 and never got around to purchasing a TV. I watched everything on my computer and was fine with that. Until I wasn't. So I did some research and had settled on a 65" Samsung. I went into the store to look at it, and just talk with a sales person about what I wanted, what I would be using the TV for, etc. I literally was on my way to the wall mounts for the 65" when I walked past this. It floored me. I was blown away by now crips, clear, and colorful it was. And just like that, my mind was changed. It was a floor sample so I got an amazing deal on it, too! I got it installed by two lovely gentlemen, and since having it at home, its been amazing. My friends who have come over laughed at how I went from no TV to a 75" QLED. But you know what they say, go big or go home. The quality is amazing. The colors and cripsness are beautiful. the different pictures modes are fun to play around with. It connects to all my streaming apps. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have never had to adjust the color or any other settings since I bought this 8 months ago. The screen is huge! And the picture is magnificent. The menu of all the programs pops up at the bottom when you turn on the tv. Very easy to manipulate through the options. I haven't had to read the manuel.

Great tv but it was damaged upon arrival. The delivery guys were very rude and was in a huge hurry to get gone and when I unboxed my tv I seen why. At the time I just wanted my tv and even excepted the damage because I was so desperate for some kind of entertainment and I had waited what seemed like forever for it come and I couldn't see packing it all back up for something that I could deal with until the small crack grew in size and now affects my entire viewing area. I think that's how the sell damaged merchandise because they know it's a huge hassle to pack up and return a tv that I had to have delivered in the first place. And the delivery guys knew what they did they just weren't aware of how bad it was and like I said would not wait for me to even open the box to make sure cause had I known it would have went right back on the truck. 1700.00 wasted and I won't spend another dime at best buy again for as long as I live

Very happy with this “entry level” Q series television. Setup was a breeze, extremely pleased with the picture and sound quality. Great features, some we are yet to explore (like Bixby). Only thing left to see is how it performs and stands the test of time. Fairly priced would definitely recommend.

I’ve always picked Sharp over Samsung, but I wanted to try this TV and man did I make an excellent choice. The picture quality is great but the price I was able to get this tv was even better. Going forward I will buy Samsung forever.

The quality is outstanding! Just the detail you see is incredible. Also its so easy to connect start up, plus you can connect your Samsung device with ease to project what you are watching on your phone. I loge this tv

I had previously only been using am LED television for years but felt the need for an upgrade and with prices being more affordable on Black Friday, I did my research, checked TVs in store and came to fall in love with this television. Picture, sound and ease of use are all phenomenal.

Smart connects to speakers and cable boxes. No wires needed. The picture is so clear its like you are right there. Trouble shoot any problems with on screen tutorials. You will probably need a new high resolution cable box. We had to pay Verizon $50.00 to send us an upgraded box.

Upgraded our 1080p to 4k . Could see the difference in black between the uhd and Qled, great price. installed with help of a friend. Requires 4- 8 x 45 mm bolts (not supplied) for wall or pedestal mount. Do not care for the smart remote. Like the old style remotes with all of the buttons. Sports games are fantastic to watch. Only a 4 star since only had it les than a month

Purchased this for my husband as a surprise upgrade to his 65’. He love it! I would recommend getting a sound bar only because we like having the extra sound and Rumble when watching movies. Other then that, easy set up, plenty of apps. So far so good!

Bought it in-store. Quick and easy. 1/2 hour from walking in to driving away. Beautiful sharp picture. Great color. Easy set up & easy to use. I'm no videophile so I can't throw all the techie stuff around. I just know what I like and I really like this TV so far.

It’s Huge guys, we went from a 55” and believe me, 65” would of been fine. We got one of those fancy Costco TV stands with doors ($600) and it’s huge. This TV dwarf the stand. For some reason the TV turns on automatically after you turn it off in about 15 seconds that’s the first problem. Second is the menu for changing visual modes likes standard or dynamic is horrible. Tons of clicks and remote action just to even see 1 mode and the menu covers 50% of the TV while choosing. Don’t bother adding your blue day or surround sound so that you can use there Samsung remote, it’s a nightmare and only is used for powering on and off, you can you the new remote on any old Samsung Blu-ray but the TV remote is missing a lot of Blu-ray remote options that were all used to. Auto Blur feature makes us dizzy and causes a weird feeling to your eyes. We just keep the auto to off/custom. Dolby sound only works on apps and not my blue ray player even though my surround sound is set up. This TV is like if you had a Samsung galaxy S5 and then someone gave you a NOTE10 in 2013. HDR is cool. I was hopeful that this was going to be the TV for the next 10 years but it’s a B+ at best. To much software and automation and poor remote programming on Samsung’s end for a 240hrtz 2500.00 unit

We were looking for a "media room" big display and are very pleased with this one. We've paid more, and didn't want to pay that much again, and this was great product at a reasonable price. Features and quality are more than I expected for that price point.

Wife and I found the picture quality to be excellent. Have a large Bedroom, 22', and our 55" TV was sometimes a strain for us old timers. When it went down hill, this 75" qled more than filled the bill. Can see clearly from the sides and excellent black. Access to Prime Video is quite simple and very reliable, much better than via blueray player. Hookup and use of sound bar, blueray player, and thumb drive was simple Use of smart remote required a learning curve. The multi function keys took a couple weeks to feel comfortable. There are still some TV functions haven't been able to accomplish. Bixby wakeup was annoying, couldn't adjust it, eventually turned off wake up function and all is now OK.
