    I got my tv q60 delivered yesterday. The picture is great, but I got a notification that the resolution for the show I was watching wasn’t high enough. I tried to find the way to check the resolution, but wasn’t able to find it. Next issue was joining my network. When the tech set it up, got a message "success". Ok watched the tv for awhile and got a notification that I wasn’t connected to the internet. Huh? Check network status and had to keep clicking retry because it was getting the wrong number for the IP address. I deleted my network and installed it again. Still no luck. So this morning I tried the network sign in again. After several attempts (I’m frustrated now), troubleshooting, etc. I unplugged my router (Comcast) restarted and the network was found. Hallelujah. My third comment has to deal with turning the tv on and off. I have the tv connected to a sound bar. I found out after several attempts that if I turn on my tv with the Comcast remote, I can’t get any sound turning it back on with either remote, however, I must use the remote that comes with the tv to turn it on and get sound the next time I turn it on.

      Please know that depending on the source being used, you may or may not be able to check resolution. If HDMI is being used, you can switch to the connected HDMI port then go to Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal information.
      Some streaming apps-for example Netflix-, allow you to see resolution by pressing the info button on the remote.

    Nice while it lasted

    TV was great while it lasted. However, for what I paid for it, cant say it was worth it. Only had it 3.5 years and already messing up. 2 lines going accross screen and anything below it is blurry.

    The picture quality is superb, I'm happy with the purchase. I had a 2010 Samsung tv, which is nothing compared to this model 2019 model, funny how things change in 10 yrs. Best Buy/Samsung customer service/support was superb as well.

    Purchased this TV in late 2019. It is already no longer working. Sound quality without a sound bar is hard to hear. Has heavy glare when there are light on in the room or curtains are open. TV only lasted 3 yrs

    Awesome TV, unfortunately the tv broke due to a bad board . Its only 4 months old kinda mad with Samsung taking care of this been with out a tv for a month waiting on parts

    Just like everyone else, the tv didn't last. About 1/3rd of the right side went dark. We have had issues with their appliances and TVs. Samsung is no longer a company I will purchase from after nothing from them lasting.

    We have 6 TVS in our home and this TV, the most expensive and largest, is the worst performing TV in our home. I am surprised that I did not read more noted issues of this, but this TV does not handle motion well, AT ALL. You will find yourself in an endless nightmare of changing the video settings trying to fix inevitable screen jumps and ghosting. I have done so much troubleshooting, isolating components, replacing wires, etc. etc. etc. and all signs come back to this TV. If you cut the cord and want to watch live TV through your paid app, this TV is GOING TO GIVE YOU PROBLEMS. Screen images WILL jump when watching movies to the point that you will move to another TV to watch the show in your house, if you have another. I have noticed that certain sources play better on this TV than others, as this issue has shown itself on streamed live content and streamed home network content mostly, whereas Blu-Ray discs play pretty well, but there is STILL motion issues on those sources, as well. None of these issues exist on our other TVs (all Samsungs, less than half the price of this one) utilizing the same sources. I truthfully don't like spending my time writing negative reviews but if I could go back and do it again, there is no chance I would buy another Samsung. This TV has become a huge disappointment and we hate it.
