    Don't waste your money

    One month out of warranty, the tv developed a line horizontally near the bottom. Not a huge deal to me as it is thin. About 4 months after that happened, hdmi inputs started acting up. Went through Samsung Support chat on 1/21/21 and they stated the software needed updating. Ok. Manually completed that. HDMI inputs started working again. Until 1/30/21. Now, nothing shows, again. Went through all the troubleshooting (again), tried other cables (again), tried the same cables and devices on another TV (again), made sure there wasn't another software update (there isn't), and contacted Samsung Support. They stated I needed a service tech to look it over. Since we don't live near one, I can mail the tv in. Yep. Mail, the 75 inch tv to Samsung, so they can tell me what's wrong but not fix it unless I pay. Don't waste your money. It worked great until the warranty expired. Now, it's junk. Should have purchased the best buy protection on it, my bad.

    Was a great television for almost 3 years, but then a section of the backlight LEDs went out. Quoted repair cost was more than a new television. Picture was great, but not a durable product.

    Screen Goes Black After 2 1/2 Years

    Purchased this item I n December 2019 and as of M arch 2022 the screen keeps going black, however the sound is still being broadcast. I have to turn the TV off and wait about 15 minutes then turn it on before the full picture returns. When I bought this TV I thought it would have been good for at least 5 years. now I have to be looking too replace it. I m very sad :-(

    The TV was great while it lasted! This TV is just over 3 years old and it already went out. It was very lightly used. Many times, just twice a week. Staying away from Samsung this time around.

    After 2 years and 2 months this model came down with an annoying line across the entire screen. Nothing like the old Samsung TV's when they lasted for years without any problems.

    Lasted 3 years now it is worthless I will never buy a samsung again. I brought out my 10 year old Sharp tv in its place until we get a new one

    Called Samsung, they sent a tech out to fix it... replaced two parts still didn't work and SAMSUNG refused to replace it with a new one or give a credit...

    Picture is ok. Not good for sports or fast moving scenes. Tried to use judder reduction didn’t help. Very disappointed should have stuck with LG.
