The TV is technically great. Setup was easy, the picture quality is stunning, and the visual experience is superb. The documentation on how to use the minimalist remote is horrible. I have spent hours on the internet trying to find help. It seems like they change the interface every year, so it is difficult to find the information for the 2020 model, Since 2020 is near the end (thankfully), it would seem that by now there would be up to date information and help available. If it weren't for the lack of documentation on the interface and remote, I would have given 5 stars.

Being we are of the older class of people, having a remote patterned after the older models would be nice just to push a button for a function, now it's a little frustrating and confusing to try to navigate up and down through the various layers of functions to try finding the function you want. It's also frustrating that you can't use an external streaming device, being that we can do more with the external streaming device. The sound isn't that great, but it appears that's common for new TV'S, that a sound bar is needed for more enjoyment. The picture itself is very clear and the color is nice.

Excellent picture- Great value. Had to purchase a sound bar but that is not really an issue when the picture is so crisp and colorful.

This TV has a great picture. It is easy to use and set up. Good sound and easy to add more tech to it. It has great smart features. Glad I bought it.

My husband and I love this tv. The one thing that we have to say we don't like about is the remote. The remote is a simplified remote, so it's small with the necessary buttons on it. The number one reason we don't like the remote is because it doesn't have a "stop" button. To us it matters because we watch our tv thru YouTube TV instead of regular tv. Which means that if I'm scrolling thru channels and something inappropriate is playing I only have the option of pausing then going back to the main menu, instead of just pressing the stop button. I have kids so I can't be having that happen.

Doesn't seem much better than the non-Q version other than there's a different remote that has buttons for Netlix, Prime and one other. Actually, the new remote takes some learning as it's more sensitive and skips over items faster. Also, the apps are smaller than on the previous versions. I wish they'd locate the USB and HMDI ports in an easier to reach location because once it's mounted on the wall, they are not easy to reach. Fortunately I purchased a USB extension and had the Geek Squad connect it while they were mounting the TV.

Everything about my latest Best Buy purchase is perfect. It fits perfectly in my living room. The picture quality is great and for gaming the graphics are phenomenal. I’m extremely satisfied with my new Samsung tv. Customer service was also a huge help. Although I did my research online before the purchase Best Buy associates made purchasing very easy and confirmed all of my research as well as selling me on other features. -satisfied customer

This tv has an amazing picture. The colors are vibrant and the motion speed is good enough for everyday streaming and gaming. Love it!

The TV is really worth investing on it. Good quality, good contrast, full of features and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Easy setup, good picture, smart tv, already comes with a number of Samsung channels, no need for cable subscription unless you want to.

We hung the TV on the wall and it looks great. The picture is beautiful and it was very easy to set up. My wife and I love it.

I love the quality of the display itself. Hands down I think that Samsung is the best in that department. The setup was fairly easy for anyone who is technologically inclined. May be a little confusing/difficult for someone who does not know technology well. My only complaint about this television is the base that is used. It is a little wobbly if you are not mounting it on the wall. It doesn't matter to me much as we will be mounting this to a wall, but that is really the only complaint I have.

Very nice picture. We stream via YouTubeTV and it does well with that. Streaming also with Disney+, Prime Video and Netflix. Fine there also. Done a few 4k movies - very nice. Upscaling seems good. Took a bit of tweaking to get picture to our preference. User interface is ok, but not nearly as good as Roku. The Samsung TV streaming stuff dominates the user interface and is annoying and cannot be removed. Sound ok, but did soundbar right away. Got Samsung sound bar and it integrates well.

The Samsung - 75" Class Q60T Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV has one of the best pictures. Very clear with vivid colors.
