Extremely clear. Great picture.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is that 99% of shows and movies are not in 8K yet—they are still in 4K. Also, the system kept rebooting when I had it in a surge protector. Samsung told me to plug it directly into the wall, and I have had no problems since then.

The perfect size for the room it is in. Normally the sound really leaves you wanting but not in this case. Very impressed.

Really appreciate the in-store recommendations between different TV's to match our viewing area. Moved up from a 65" Samsung, but really notice the higher quality and technology of this TV.

Thanks for your review of Samsung's QN800C TV. While most 8K content is captured using cinema-grade 8K HDR cameras, most of this content is finished in 4K resolution, which is currently the highest resolution available in newer Blu-rays or DVDs.
The amount of 8K content available continues to expand – content platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo feature a great deal of 8K content, mostly focused on nature and travel. This is quite similar to the way that 4K content was introduced to the market.
Although your movies and shows may be in 4K resolution, please rest assured as your QN800C features Samsung’s Neo Quantum Processor 8K with AI-powered multi-layered neural networks to brilliantly upscale and enhance lower resolution images to 8K, regardless of the source. Every frame has 33 million pixels that provide an incredible sense of depth and clarity.
To provide you with the best viewing experience, we recommend connecting external devices (like a Blu-ray Player) with HDMI cables, as this type of connection offers the best picture. Although all content resolutions will upscale, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it.
Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

BUYER BEWARE OF OPEN BOX MODELS

We found an open box deal online and having purchased open box models from Best Buy in the past i thought it would be a good deal. I couldn't of even imagined the headache this purchase was going to be. Long story short, we get to the Roanoke, VA Best Buy and are told by the workers someone was supposed to call us and that they couldn't find the One Connect Box for this TV. The worker then said but, don't worry i know where another one is. So we get that box and after a 2 1/2 hr drive home we attempt to hook up the TV. Immediately i realize the connections are different and this one connect box won't fit this tv. Turns out even if we get the right cord it still won't work for that tv. They are very specific for certain models. I searched and searched for a new box because you can't get ahold of a store directly. I never found one so i called Corporate and talk to the resolution team. So fast forward about another month of the resolution team and myself trying to locate another box, even Samsung had none available. I had to end up settling for a replacement TV and they included a 5.1 surround soud. At this point i was sick of it all,disgusted, and defeated. So i just went with the offer. Looking back however i recieved a TCL 75" LED, a Vlizio 5.1 surround, and $250 Refund. It added up to the same amount as what i spent. It was made out to be a good offer and me benefiting from it for the hassle but it absolutely wasn't. I ended up losing, money on gas, miles on our vehicle, our time wasted, a babysitter that was unnecessary, and the difference in TV quality going from a Samsung 8K QLED down to a TCL 4k LED. I have used Best Buy for alĺ my TV and electronic purchases including TVs i purchased for my sister and a TV for my mother. After this mess and horrible experience i won't be buying anything at all from Best Buy again. So Buyer Beware!

The picture quality is amazing in my very well lit living room. The glare is hardly noticeable. Overall very happy and a super big fan. Big Shout Out to Best Buy for all of their hard work.
