Extremely disappointed with this TV. It lags constantly and is painfully slow to respond. If you watch TV often, do NOT buy this. Spend the extra money and save yourself the frustration. This “budget friendly” option is the perfect example of you get what you pay for. Nothing about this TV feels friendly…. Only regret.

Great Picture, quality, product overall. Nice interface. We're a samsung TV family and this is perfect for us. Got one prior on Amazon for same price and it arrived broken and useless. Best buy delivery and install was so worth it and TV was cheaper than amazon TCL!

I’ve been using the tv for about a month now. So far the picture quality and sound have met my expectations. The main complaint I have is with the remote. It’s pretty basic. If you are planning to use it for navigating through the streaming process it is adequate however, if you were using the TV and an antenna trying to find your local channels, it is a little bit more difficult because you have to scroll through all the channels to get there. You can’t just type in the number of the channel that you’re looking. I am on the second TV for this model, the first one I brought home was broken in the box with no visible signs of damage to the box itself. I packed it up, carried it back to the store and they exchanged it with no problems whatsoever. Great customer service!

Great tv for the price nice 4k upscale and sound is mid rage quality downside needed a new soundbar HDMI ark only output honestly would have purchased the 75” Class Q6F Series QLED 4K for $599.99 that is currently on sale at best buy had I known it was going on sale. Literally a$150 difference.

I purchased the Samsung 75-inch U7900 Series TV from Best Buy about two months ago, and overall it has been a great TV. The picture quality is very clear, the colors look vibrant, and the large 75-inch screen makes movies and sports really enjoyable to watch. The Tizen smart interface is also easy to use and runs smoothly for streaming apps. Unfortunately, while relocating the TV during a move, the screen was accidentally cracked. This was disappointing since the TV is still very new. Before the damage happened, the TV performed extremely well and provided a great viewing experience for my family. Overall, I really like the TV and the features it offers. I’m currently reaching out to see if there may be any assistance available for repair or replacement since the product is still very new.

I have been very satisfied with my purchase of 75" Samsung Smart TV! The setup was very quick and simple and the picture quality is great! This is my third consecutive Samsung TV purchase and I intend to continue purchasing Samsung TVs in the future.
