The Samsung 78"-3D-4K curved television is a masterpiece of engineering and design. The 4K is breathtakingly beautiful. The 3D looks better than anything 3D I've ever seen before and that includes Ultra-screen theaters.

I can't say enough good things about this TV! Picture quality, resolution and motion clarity are what I would expect from the flagship Samsung. I recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a top of the line family TV. Plus, the remote is really fun!

The picture is excellent and this may be one of the best televisions available but it is not worth the price. One major complaint is the voice activated commands for the internet will occasionally come on while watching a streamed program and the screen goes blank and I have to reset the program. This is an example of too many features that are not needed causing problems.

The most crystal clear picture quality, easy to connect everything you need to the TV. We watch everything including YouTube videos on this TV, for impeccable picture quality. It's the biggest hit in our house.

The TV is loaded with bugs. We paid to have the Geek Squad set it up and wound up having to swap it for a second set. The second set began talking to us, without provocation, and we were told by the Geek Squad person that even they do not know how to get it to work. The picture is great but this set is trying to do too much!

Picture quality has made tv watching much more enjoyable. Not to mention the sound quality as well! Its like having a huge computer screen with all the apps!

We love the amazing clarity and color of this TV. You will not be disappointed with this TV!!

The picture on this Mamouth TV is Absolutely Beautiful, Been researching for the past year a large 4k tv. Finally No Comparison to the REST

Picture quality, color, and detail is phenomenal, however it was a little pricey for almost a 2 year old television....

I wasn't interested in a new TV but I walked passed a Samsung 55" curved screen at a different store and was so impressed that I went to Best Buy who usually has a good selection. They had a 65" Samsung TV's on each side of a 78" Samsung JS9100. My wife and I spent several days thinking about the prices and decided on the 78" JS9500 model since it was only $1000 more than the JS9100. Since the 78" JS9500 series are not in abundant supply, one was finally located in Tampa delaying my installation several days. Rick from the Geek Squad installed a wall mount on a sheet rock wall with METAL STUDS. No problem. Rick and an associate hung the TV and Rick continued the installation alone. There was a conflict between my Directv and my DVD recorder which he solved in a few minutes. Rick installed the new HDMI cables, set up the equipment and tested each one. The results were unbelievable, we had a Samsung 58" Plasma TV which had a good picture but this was so superior. Rick took time to make sure we had no problem operating the new set up. This TV combined with my Bose Cinemate 130 sound bar, Blueray DVD player and the UHD Video Pack gives us real television enjoyment. My wife at first said it was too big but loves it now. The 4K pictures are superb and we have about 800 movies on DVD some recorded off of "C" band satellite in the 1980s on VHS tape and transferred to DVD. All the DVD's look better on this TV even the 1935 movies in black and white which are full screen. Being in our late 70's, TV is a lot of entertainment for us and this TV has picture quality and color that are the best I have ever seen. We have had this TV about 3 weeks and in a few weeks Rick will return and calibrate this TV as he did my Plasma set. The service provided by the salesman and the Geek Squad were very professional and we are very satisfied. By the way this 78" TV is physically 10" wider and 4 inches taller than the 58" Plasma because of the curve.

This February 2016, we bought the SHUD tv model UN78JS9500FXZA. We were awe struck by the awesomeness of the tv and loved our new possession. But last Sunday (04/24/16) a horrible thing happened. The tv started to pixlate, and on turning it off and back on we found a big black band around 3-4 inches wide, running vertically through the screen, with symmetrical rainbow color lines originating at one point. Samsung customer care generated a service request and our case was assigned to authorized service center. They asked to send pictures of the screen, and just based on those picture (which I myself clicked) ruled it out to be a physical damage, asking $4500 as repair charges. There isn't any physical damage, the screen is prefect from outside. But nobody is ready to believe us. Talking to customer care for hours just to prove our truthfulness, and dealing with rude service associates has been so stressful. We thought Samsung would back us and support us on purchasing such costly product, which costs over $9000. But, the experience has been stressful and disappointing. DO NOT BUY THIS TV.
