This thing is huge! Wish more movies and shows where in 4K. Very bright and clear picture. Not a bad seat in the room.

It is a Ultra HD Tv. Just to the fact it is a Samsung brand, there is not much more we can inform, but if you still did not know and/or try it, you do not know what you are missing. Simply a perfect image with a great sound for a Tv itself, that can get even better with a Home Surround Sound Theater System.

This is probably one of my last TV's I'm getting because it is really a great TV! I highly recommend this TV for anyone! 78" 4K Ultra HD 240 Hz and 3d! I love it!

Picture, It's almost too good, I know we all said this when HD came out but this is making it tough to pay attention to the story, get distracted by details, make up issues, filthy baseboards, odd stuff I would not have noticed before. All ok though when you play Forza 6 X Box One, so far impressed.

This unit has a great picture, the curved screen just adds to the total experience of having a large set. Easy to set up and connect to the other components that we have. One of the biggest surprises with this TV was the 3D. Way better then the last unit we had. You do need to get the glasses from Samsung to watch the 3D but they are priced real low. Would I get another Samsung … yes and if I had a bigger space to put it I would get a larger one too.

Happy with purchase. But, requires calibration to bring out the best picture. One Box Mini has USB 2.0 which is too slow to work w/4K content. Has 3.0 on back on tv that is useable for that. Just know before mounting. One Box Mini also lacks network input. Network input is also on the back on the set. Just a few things worth noting.... Otherwise, the best set I've ever owned.

I shouldn't have relied on reviews online saying that this CURVE model has The " upgraded Ultra Clear Pro Panel that eliminates reflections, and boosts the contrast ratio", don't get me wrong, picture is simply beautiful, images are stunning, colors are really vibrant and crisp. The only drawback is the TERRIBLE GLARE, no matter what time of the day or night, there will always be GLARE, I have attached a picture of the installed unit. If your living area is just like mine, wherein there are windows and lights, this TV is not for you, the panel design was not made for bright lit rooms, it would work well with dark rooms or basements. If you can live by just sitting on the sweet spot, like the one pic that I included, then it may work for you... I am returning the unit and getting the flat 75JU7100 instead.

This TV has an outstanding image quality and was very easy to set up. I was a little curious about how the curved TV would look in a house, but my family and I love it! Many options and settings to make it do just about anything you want. I would recommend this to anyone!

This a great TV. I did lots of research and really wanted one of the new SUHD television but it would have been 4K more (no pun intended) for the same size and 6K was already a stretch. The picture is still Amazing. Netflix looks awesome, especially in 4K. The glare is real so be prepared to close blinds and curtains. Netflix can be glitchy, have had to unplug the unit and plug it back in to get going. Overall I am enjoying this set.

I've had this tv for a few weeks now and I love it, the curve is a great feature you can watch this tv from any angle and 3d is cool, and the 4k is so clear, I think anyone would be very happy with this tv, oh ya and it's Hugh man!

I purchased two Samsung 1080P Smart TV's two years ago. A 65" for my family room (which is large enough to easily support a 75") a 60" inch for my master bedroom. I had been monitoring the 4K sets, but thought they were too expensive or there was no programming, so saw little benefit and therefore was not a buyer. I went into Best Buy this past Father's day and listened to the Samsung specialist present the 4k sets. Realized with up-converting I could get a sharper more vivid picture without native 4k transmission. I also liked the curved picture as you could see better from side viewing and the normal 1080i transmitted HD picture was so UNBELIEVABLE, I wanted THAT picture. It was so sharp and vivid, that my 65" could not match. I also decided I was going to move to Direct TV from cable as that is the signal Best Buy was using and I wanted everything the same. My plan was to replace the 65" and move it to my living room where my old Sony was dying. I also liked the curved soundbar as it was an upgrade over my previous soundbar. I had the geek squad install the 78" and move the 65" onto a corner armbar type mount in my living room. Only issue is the curved TV is not flush against the wall like the 65". The 65" (with the Samsung disks) was mounted like a window on my wall. The curved sits out an few inched so if you look you cans see some of the wires in the back, but that is a small issue. The TV is everything I wanted. The picture is so good I cannot stop watching it. I watched a replay of the 2015 Cotton Bowl last night and it was spectacular. Yes its good to be a Buckeye, and I am going to enjoy watching all their games this year on my new UHD set. I had some concerns since the reviews were averaging 3.4. Typically Samsung is 4.8 (or that's what I expect). The sample of reviews was relatively small. Reading other reviews that spoke about glare and other issues. Honestly, my family room has two skylights and large bank of windows and glare is not an issue for me. There were two other Samsung sets I considered but at $8,900 and 10,900 they were out of my price range. I don't know how Samsung can improve on this set. The 78" is dramatically bigger (fits my room better), but the real difference is the picture quality. The quality is much better than my 65" or 60" due tot he UHD and upconverting. It is amazing Technology. I also recommend the satellite over cable as I had both in my home for a short period of time. In my opinion The Direct TV picture is noticeably better on this set. It is a superb combo.

The TV was installed 2 days ago after I received it from best buy. I was very impressed with the performance of this TV. It displays every color and the 3D was amazing. I got the Samsung 3D blue ray player as well. I will recommend this TV to anyone. What else can I say than take a look at the images below. It worth the money spent. I have read other reviews about the flash light effect and the truth is all TV's has the effect. I went to best magnolia and pointed my cell phone flash light on all the different TV's and behold they all have the flash light effect. Once again I'm very impressed with the performance of this TV

Best tv out there...viewed about every tv out there n this is the best ive found. Only downer is they should have put an anti-glare screen on it because we have an all glass front door so during day it has real bad glare. But wow 3d is better than the theater! Love the easy connector box as well. Everything is very easy set up and installation. N runs very smooth. For the price they samsung could have gave me more than 1 set of glasses that take watch batterys that are anywhere from 4-7 bucks a piece. That is my only irritation. Remote is metal n sturdy and feels good in hand

My last Samsung is a Plasma I bought 10 years ago. Until I saw this LED television, I always considered LED as subpare technology. The only advantage LED had was clear picture in a bright room where Plasma suffers. This LED is as good or better picture quality than the Plasma and does not suffer in a will lite room. And if the 10 year life of the SamSung plasma (still going strong) is any indication this LED will last forever. And oh yeah, the wifi capability is great as well. I have cut the cable cord. Everything is over the net now.

This is my first big screen TV that's > 40". We set it up in our media room and the curve shape really enhance the viewing experience. It also looks slick, can't take my eyes off of this TV even when it's turned off!

The curved screen effect potential wasn't realized till we started watching. The more we watched the more impressed we were with the tv. My only criticism is that Flash player isn't supported on the web browser and you can't screen mirror your iPhone

i just got this TV. my first impressions ... i'm very glad I didn't pay twice the money for the S-UHD model ... unless you are a enthusiast I doubt you will ever see a difference. impressive upscaling from regular HD programming, blue ray looks great and my x box one games are as clear as it can be. i'm sitting 12-15 ft away and i'm just blown away by the clarity of the images. I have yet to watch any true 4k material as that isn't really available yet. great TV for the price since I was looking for a 3D capable TV. havn't tested 3D much but a short test looked just as great. a word about the curve ... you hear all kinds of things and it depends on your personal situation... any light behind the TV will be an issue. curve or not. we have windows behind us with blinds, you only see them when exactly centered... slightly off centered they disappear ... we have medium gray curtains in front of the blinds which will take the reflection away unless you have a really dark image on the screen. I think the curve is a gimmick and doesn't do any good or bad and I didn't buy the TV for the curve, I bought it because it seemed to be the best deal for a 80-isch inch 3d TV. I don't regret my purchase! (will update if needed)

Wanted a TV with really good clarity. This one is great. Like the curved screen feature. Would definitely recommend this TV.

Love the TV and the picture is great. The curve does make a difference on sharp side angles.

This is the best value 4k tv in my opinion as the JS series is a few thousand more and looks about the same at the store in terms of quality. Although Samsung classified this TV as UHD not SUHD, in reality cannot tell personally. Color is much better than Sharp and Vizio (which priced lower). Sony the closest quality but only up to 75" vs 78".
