Colors are great; image is crisp. Sound is rich enough for the room space it occupies (15' by 35'); fills the room when watching sports and movies. Added a sound bar and feel the speakers were sufficient. The TV is light for it's size, and very stable on it's feet. Light enough the wife helped me place it on a high counter. Easy to program and use with our cable subscription or apps. I really enjoy this TV.

The Geek Squad was perfect. We scheduled a free consultation with Sheldon and he was great. We wanted to move a TV to another room to make room for the new one and had a couple of steps to get everything where we wanted it. It went well and the guys knew exactly what we wanted and had the time planned to do it right. We love the TV! 82 inches is perfect for our great room. We had to play with it to get the settings exactly how we wanted them for watching movies and used our old Yamaha receiver and Klipsh speakers. We are so happy!

We recently upgraded from a 65 inch Samsung to the 82 inch. We are thrilled with the clarity of the picture, color and sound. Best Buy's price was competitive and with free delivery. In addition we had the Geek Squad remove the wall mounted old TV and and install a new wall mount and the TV. They made sure we understood how to use the new remote and the TV's capabilities. Overall, a great experience with Best Buy.

This 82" Samsung TV was installed in a 3-part conference room. It replaced a smaller 70" TV. All 3 conference rooms have the TV's connected together for sharing a computer/SmartBoard signal or independently when used as a single conference room where employees connect laptops for their presentations. It's nice that larger sized TVs are more affordable, scales better in terms of conference room sizing/participant viewing and takes advantage of 4K resolution, which is a must.

So I've been watching this for almost a year. I was looking to upgrade my Samsung 67" DLP, which works great, but I wanted to go larger. This tv has it all! 4k, HDR, 240 motion rate, smart tv. Great addition if you have the room. My living room is long, so the tv looks great and doesn't burn my retina's...lol

Love this TV. Remote is so simple and easy to use. Up and running in no time flat! Just plug it in! Replaced 75" DLP HDTV which died prematurely but this Samsung exceeds expectations. I got my whole non Blu-ray DVD collection plus old VHS recordings back! The image upconverted by the 4K is totally acceptable to watch!

Had a difficult choice to make: Between 82” Premium UHD TV or 75” QLED (Q60)...glad I choose this tv. Calculate the Sq Inches and you will see how much bigger 82 vs 75 is. The frame rate is excellent with no blurring. Millions of colors are just fine. The billions of colors of the QLED were alluring, but bigger was absolutely the better choice for us. Also found out the manufacturer set the TV settings in store, so not clear if really apples to apples comparison in picture quality. Highly recommend against the $1000 base model version: frame rate and picture quality are pretty important on big TVs. Overall this is an excellent TV and very happy with the purchase. One thing to note is we checked the TV before hanging and there was a pixel that was not working; after a few days of watching (while tv was in the floor still half in the box) we checked the pixel again and it had come back to life; no issues since.

I bought this to replace my 70 in sharp,which I put in the basement of my new house,wasnt sure how I felt about Samsung,this tv has definitely delivered!!!! Amazing picture,easy to use,not sure how the sound is,mine is connected to a home theater.Oh and I got it for 800.00 off.

I've been rockin' the same 56" projection screen tv for about 15 years now and my wife said i deserved an upgrade. Not like I'm really going to argue. This thing is huge!! The picture is so much more clear and the blacks are so much darker. The built in speakers actually sound pretty decent too (had to use them for a couple days as my old receiver didn't have hdmi capability, that's definitely fixed now). If you have the room, i say go for it. I have zero regrets.

I'm enjoying watching the tv, I feel that I'm at the movies. The tv has really good picture. It can easily be watched even in a bright room (the window treatment isn't functioning properly). The sound is also acceptable. Finally, it is very easy to operate.

All I can say is the first 2 weeks I got my TV I didn't want to go to work I wanted to stay home and play my video game because it's just so much better not just the size it's just the the colors the tone the motion rate no blurs Great Sound

I have been reluctant to purchase a new TV- especially with the way things are upgraded and changed so frequently. This tv is incredible! The audio, visual and smart features are perfect in my opinion. The set up for the tv was so simple

The tv is huge!!! We were able to get a great deal on the tv due to it being a return for the store. After purchasing a new home, this huge tv is perfect to fill in the huge space on our wall. Great quality and sound.

Love the Television but hate that as smart as it is with technology it has to be calibrated to get the best quality picture as we saw it In the store.After purchasing the team who installed it informed us that to get more accurate colors and picture quality we have to spend another $200.00 to have it done. Why is this not included in the $3,499.99 cost to purchase it?

Big bold statement for the wall! Picture quality may not be of the QLED or OLED variety but HDR content plays beautifully. It's wonderful that more and more streaming content is HD. Not a gamer myself, but have only heard praise from friends who are. Definitely a great purchase.

Perfect size for the man cave. Feels like a home theatre. Watch something in 4K (planet earth is my favorite) to see the full potential of this tv. Definitely needs a sound bar/surround sound system.

Awesome TV with a great picture. Easily mountable to the wall even though it’s so big Love the smart functions. Matched it with the Polk sound bar end it has made my media room perfect

Clear, humongous, sounds thunderous like being in my very own home theater. I feel like I'm in the game with all my sports teams. Lol
