I’m very impressed with this TV. The antiglare feature in the screen makes a huge difference in rooms with a lot of windows vs. the Q80. Also the onboard AI chip slowly cleans up picture quality on non-HD channels very well. It’s worth the money for the upgrade from the Q80 to the Q90. I will caution that if you plan on mounting it to a wall, make sure the mount is very secure because this TV is HEAVY.

Went in for the Q7, but went with the Q9.. This has the best reflective screen for rooms with a lot of sunlight, it has the one connect box, and I didn’t even have to touch the colors.. it was calibrated perfectly. You def need two people to lift it in the stand. Thanks Trevor for making me get the better model. It took a couple weeks for them to deliver it, but it was a Black Friday and holiday season, so it is what it is. Very happy so far. The Sony may have slightly deeper blacks, but if the screen has so much glare you can’t see what’s the point. Went with the Samsung because of the most reflective screen in the end.

Got this TV at a fantastic price. Thanks for the 24 hour sale Best Buy. After getting this beast home and wall mounted I pulled my Avatar DVD out and this was the first movie I watched. Fantastic. The one connect box should be standard on all TV's its that convenient. Truly wonderful TV. Sometimes you just have to spend the extra, It's worth it. Movie night just went up about 10 notches.

I bought the 82" q90r and it is worth every penny spent, great picture, color,HDR, and the gaming is taken to a whole new level. Wow do not pass on this tv. I moved my samsung un75ju7100 upstairs to the living room and put the 82" Q90R in the man cave, I can't wait to see football on this thing. I did a lot of research on the 2020 tvs and the flagship 2019 Q90r is just a better TV overall.

Picture got better after turning off motion, because I was getting to much ghosting with it on, I do notice it puts off a lot of heat from the front of the screen. One connect box is great for cable management, but one connect cable is setup to go only into a slot in the middle of the center bottom of the screen. TV is not as thin as my 65” Samsung, it has a high end feel to the overall built quality. All remotes should have a back light, but other then that is a good remote. Google and Amazon not built in, you need secondary device for those to work. Needs HDMI 2.1!

I find the tv to be very good. Image, color, brightness, integration with my other components is almost seamless. My only negative is that I would like it to work with Dolby Atmos with more streaming apps. Disney+, I have to use my separate system to get that feature. For the price, I would expect it to do this feature. Dolby Digital display is also not a feature. If those two features were with the set, I would give it a 5 star. Overall, I am pleased I got the unit. The sale price they were running made it a fantastic value.

I bought this on 7-7-20 and received on 7-23-20. The tv that I received had a bad display panel, characterized by fine horizontal crossing the entire screen. Best buy ordered a replacement that arrived on 8-8-20. The tv is what i had hoped for because it is located in a bright room with many windows and a reflection coming from a lake. The glare on my previous tv made it impossible to watch. Best Buy was good about swapping the units out but I still had a defective 82 inch tv taking up space in my den for 2 and 1/2 weeks. they were good about bringing it in the house and placing it in the den which is right next to the front door. I am in my mid 70's I really expected buying (what might be) buying my last TV to be a bit easier. It is bulky and weighs 125 pounds

I Mounted this TV in our living room and it's a hit with everyone. We especially love the quality of the picture on the Ultra HD programs we stream from Netflix. One thing I didn't expect when I bought the TV is the large "One Connect" box that drives the TV. I had to hang the box vertically on the wall behind the TV. A very inelegant solution. None of Samsung's specifications for this TV say anything about the One Connect box. So, if you're planning to mount the TV on the wall and don't want boxes hanging around, you'll have to figure out how to tuck that thing behind your TV somewhere.

It’s not the newest Samsung tv but it out performs all other current models in all ways that matter. Huge tv for the price. 2.1 hdmi is not important. They stopped using the one connect cable for this priced tv after this model. IF YOU CAN STILL FIND THIS TV GET IT!

This 2019 model I just purchased after many months of research is better in my opinion that the replacement made in 2020. It is well built and performs perfectly. I am well pleased. This picture is television beyond excellent. I will also note that expert reviewers of well known sources place this model above the 2020 model. There are not many left. You also must be careful were you buy from because there are quite a few inferior copy cat versions claiming to be this television. This is the main reason I purchased at Best Buy for their reputation over many years of doing business with them and their tech. support(The Geek Squad) is all that it is made out to be, I am a satisfied customer and will continue to be so even if it costs a little more. The old saying "you get what you pay for" applies.

I bought this with the Samsung Q80R sound-bar and got them home and the TV One Connect box would not work. I could not connect anything via HDMI. I had a exchange scheduled and it ended up being the day they stopped in home appointments due to Coronavirus. I had to wait a couple months, but finally got it exchanged. Couldn't be happier. I love this TV. Everything about it is awesome. The best part is due to the coronavirus, my return date was pushed back until May 31st. Well, mid May Best Buy had a one day sale and low and behold. the TV went on sale for $1,000 off!! I was able to catch it, call and get the price match. Life's good!

One of the most highly rated TV on the internet! I woke up the day after I bought it with a bit of buyers remorse. I was like, WHAT DID I DO?? I walked into the living room and my wife was happily sitting in front of the TV with the remote in her hand. She runs and says to me, "This TV is AWESOME!" No more remorse. We easily added all our apps, accounts and made a day of watching our new TV. It lives up to the reputation. The picture quality is amazing. The smart interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Some people knock it for the brightness but I simply turned it down a notch. Gamers beware, this TV does make it easier to see details and find enemies in the shadows.

Close to the top of the line in tvs. Great picture, and easy to use as are all Samsung TVs. One Connect box is a must, just need more Samsung TVs to come with them.

QLED are great for rooms that are bright during the day, especially the Q80 and Q90.

I got this for my husband for anniversary so he can enjoy his sports in a big tv. He loves that he can manage the tv with his phone.

Picture is so clear it made the movie Aquaman look like a cartoon with the bright & vibrant color.

The colors on this television pop. The blacks are black. Video game play on this television is great. Purchased it on sale.

So good in every way... picture, sound, ease of use.... you name it. Best TV I have ever owned.
