The television is great. Getting it to be great was somewhat of a process. For the novice who has to deal with the geek squad and Cox communications at the same time, is a mysterious and confusing road. The geek squad recommends putting Internet upgrades all over your house. Cox communications is reluctant to install new contour two boxes. In the end Cox communications the problem with no cost.It’s a real learning curve. But like I said the TV is great

After paying over $4000.00 for a tv, you wouldn't expect it to have smudges and even something that looked like a scratch on the screen. Obviously not a new factory sealed tv. I did get a replacement 5 days later and you could see an obvious difference between the two. This is a fantastic television and I would buy again.

Love the one connect and also the fact that I do not need to use cable box instead just download app and watch your cable tv. Perfect size tv, if you debating on 75 or82” go with the big boy you won’t regret.

The TV is excellent , but due to the setup and the numerous service calls back and forth we have been unable to fully enjoy our TV

Not only are the products excellent, the sales people are very kind and know their products very well. They are very customer oriented and very knowledgeable.

I also have LG OLED 55" in other room. My comment is ONLY for their SMARTS and the REMOTE. I listen to my 200+ selected videos on YOU TUBE on my PC, and NO INTERRUPTIONS whatsoever. Several hours of pleasure, even when I leave the PC unattended for a few HOURS. LG has a wonderful remote control, enough clearly marked buttons, and a RED cursor on screen. Maybe one interruption an hour. Now, the Smart-Alec Samsung: every 5-10 minutes a COMMERCIAL which I have to watch for at least 5-10 seconds then I can skip by attending the REMOTE. Then every half-hour Samsung completely STOPS my videos, asking to be clicked on REMOTE AGAIN. Why does Samsung irritates so much?? Maybe $$$ from video-makers?? and their microscopic- REMOTE sucks, even for an engineer like me (no GEEK or kid here)

awesome tv no complaints except for how heavy the tv is, be sure your wall and wall mounts can support the weight.

I have 6 other flat screens in my home, I will be switching them all over to this tv!

I loved buying the TV and our rep was polite and spoke effectively. I wished they helped me a little more putting the TV on my truck.

perfect TV, the only point is a plastic strip at bottom of the screen looks strange for a top of the line product.

The Samsung QLED (82", LED, Q90 Series) has excellent graphics and integrated easily with our existing home theater system.
