High capacity and fast at an affordable price. Works great in my late 2008 MacBook Pro and was incredibly easy to install. All of my programs launch so much faster and everything runs much smoother as well. I should have upgraded sooner! Highly recommend this SSD for anyone looking to speed up an older sluggish computer.

I used this to upgrade my laptop. The laptop runs like new with the SSD in it. It is a great deal and made the life of my laptop longer.

This SSD hand drive breathed some life into my mid 2012 MacBook pro. It was slow and taking long to load up but now boots in seconds and applications are quicker. I am sure you can go with the pro version of this ssd, but I didn't need what people say is a relatively unoticeable increase in speed for the extra 100$

I bought one and installed it in my laptop. It worked so well, I bought another for my wife's laptop. Her laptop used to take one minute get to the login screen and two minutes to load up her icons and finally allow her to run a program. Now it is ready to go in 1 minute and twenty seconds.

I got this to speed up diet perforce speeds. (SSD Experience) However, after instal, I did notice the Speed difference from a regular HD drive…but I'm not getting the full potential of the drive. Im learning at this point that I should have installed it on the (ESATTA ports to get (6bgs) per second Load Speeds) instead of the Standard Hard Drive Bays (3gbs). I will do another review on this later after I make that change. This is a good buy.

This drive is a great upgrade for any computer. The read/write speeds are insanely fast!!

bought quite a few of these to upgrade the laptops within the house and absolutely amazed at their performance, even the mSATA drives are amazing and small so not alot of space taken up (pending your machine has an mSATA slot) completely worth the price for the performance

This is the second SSD made by Samsung that I have purchased from Best Buy. Just needed a little more storage for my laptop to run the OS on. It makes starting up Windows and apps super fast.

Purchased this 500 GB drive to update a 3 year old Dell laptop. Samsung software to transfer data from present hard drive to new SSD was very easy to use. Kit included a USB 3 cable to connect to the laptop. Pretty much a hands off operation once you started the transfer. Laptop performance is much faster after installing this SSD.

it works decent, should've gone with the 840 pro because I use Adobe illustration and final ur which is high in demand for ram and read and write speeds. I guess it's nice that programs and the computer boots quickly.

Needed a new hard drive. Cheaper than new laptop. This solid state hard drive completely changed the laptop---rocket speed now. Great idea from my tech guys at work to get solid state drive.

Replacing a spinning hard drive with a solid state drive had been expensive, but this was a good deal. Installation was pretty easy, and now my two-year-old Dell Vostro starts very quickly.
