Once we got it mounted and turned on along with the Samsung sound bar…. CHILLING!!! Highly recommend!! 10/10. Not only is the product amazing, the sales representative Jared was awesome. Tv is fine, is my first time with a samsung tv and i got 2 complains. #1 internet is slower on this tv than any other tv or phone i have use with this same wifi. #2 samsung doesnt allow you to change many settings as simple as tv size ratio/ pucture size, they just gray things out so you cant do anything about it, i ivenstigated a bit and oh boy everyine is so disappinted at samsung for forcing us to wqtch the tv with the ratio they decide so we cant see a full screen becouse they dont let us chose the option for full screen etc, only allowed on live tv (where nobody need it) but youtube, netfliz, hulu, movies etc you cant. If i knew this i would have a buy a different one honestly

We appreciate your purchase and feedback on the Samsung CU8000 TV. Please know your feedback will be shared with our internal teams. I have a few recommendations that may improve your experience.
First, let's ensure you are running the most up-to-date Software. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, we understand your frustration regarding the ratio size. However, please know that apps like Hulu or Netflix automatically set the aspect ratio depending on the content format you are watching. This cannot be changed by your TV. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when watching movies with aspect ratios different from your TV. Adjust the picture size options on your external device or set the TV to full screen. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size.
