    Real happy with this TV. Picture is great. I like the samsung software. Xbox looks and plays great. Some light bleed in corners if brightness is too high. Remote is real nice and automatically works with my vizio soundbar.

    outside of the fact that i have to turn my head left to right every time there are subtitles. this tv is phenomenal! great picture. refresh is fantastic. remote i was concerned about at first but now love it.

    Great TV for the price. Good quality, colors are vibrant and blacks are very dark. Works great wall mounted or on a TV stand. The only thing I wish it had was the option to use your phone as a remote. My kids love hiding the remote control all over the house, then get mad when I can't change the channel to a different cartoon!

    So far, I love everything about the tv. Built in Tizen software makes it easy to navigate, the picture quality is great. No blur watching sports. I can't think of anything additional i would want.

    With all the new TV technology to figure out, and prices that can quickly get out of control, this TV had a manageable price and the picture is great from several angles in my house. I’m not a tech-y person so all the extra fluff in TV features just didn’t make that much difference to me - this was a great choice!

    Awesome TV. Great picture!! I wasn't for sure with this Tv but man i am so glad i jumped on it. The peice was great for the quality of this tv. I highly recommend this to everyone.

    I bought this TV used for my father. Besides the long wait times from Samsung to order parts for the TV, (the TV became used and without any original accessories, including TV stand) the picture is unbelievable! Just be careful with TVs this size because they’re so thin they feel really flimsy. But the picture is amazing. The sound could be a bit louder.

    Great tv and great quality. Love the picture and the refresh rate. Had a few pixels die but Best Buy is picking up the broken tv and delivering a new one. Love this tv. Got it on sale for $1200.

    The size of the TV is perfect, only reason I gave 3 stars is because the sound does not always work and I have to unplug, and plug it back in, so far that fixes it. Also it disconnected itself from the wifi and would not connect again so I had to factory reset the tv so I could connect it to internet.

      Hi SmithD,

      We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung CU8000 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the sound and with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV. I have a few recommendations below:

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
      4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You can enable automatic updates for convenience.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Next, if you turn on your TV and you have a picture but no sound, please try the below:

      1) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

      2) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

    Excellent product and easy to setup. Also works well with different types of gaming consoles specifically PS5 the graphics are amazing and add some pretty good sound bar is a total package of home entertainment ( El cine en mi casa )

    First I love Samsung products and have a Samsung household. The picture clarity, color, and ease of operating this television is beyond excellent. I feel like I am in the cinema every time I turn on this television. The only problem I can honestly say that I have with Samsung televisions is the sound quality. I have to turn the volume up super high to hear it clearly. Without a soundbar, I would rate it an 8 out of 10. The sound to me is a bit muffled. With a soundbar I can rate it a 10 because it comes in crystal clear. Other than this, it is an overall win.

    Is it perfect, no. However, it has a great picture for both light and dark rooms. I also play video games and the motion is smooth and seamless. The sound is decent but I suggest getting a soundbar. The few imperfections that are pretty noticeable is the backlight bleed during dark scenes and the HDMI ports are very sensitive and sometimes changes inputs when you don’t want it to. All in all I’m happy with my purchase for the price. I would recommend this to anyone who isn’t expecting an OLED picture at this size and price.

    TV is great for the price but has trouble staying in HD while watching Netflix Hulu etc. our internet is fiber optic top of the line but the tv processor does snap in and out of focus while streaming. Love the size to price ratio color and clarity for what I paid but if you can go 75 in. Sony for similar price it has a better processor no snapping in and out of focus would recommend.

      To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

      I also recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
