The picture looks slightly washed out no matter how many settings I changed, even using Rtings. The user interface and home screen are horrific, forced ads, and very unresponsive. It freezes occasionally and is very horrible when using game mode. For some reason going in and out of game mode makes the TV unresponsive for upwards of 5 minutes. Would recommend an LG or Sony over Samsung, especially this TV.
