Bad HDMI port

Best Buy is going to exchange it for a different one, but the problem is nobody has one. They said that Samsung doesn't even have one made to exchange it with. So I'm on the waiting list for whenever they get one made and back in stock. What a bummer!! 7000.00 dollar TV and I got to wait for a replacement.

Do Your Homework, NO ONE CONNECT BOX!

Quite a disappointment for a product of this price point. Best Buy staff assured it did after I insisted it didn't...(including check the packaging). I've had to return furniture, re-design the space, go back to using a media cabinet with the tv hanging off the wall... not flush mount. Who is the expert here?
