I wanted to give it a few months before I gave a review because anyone can give an immediate reaction to the “features” of the TV. After some time with it, I regret buying it. Is it pretty? Yes! Great picture? Yes! Thats pretty much the extent of the pros. The cons… the remote connection is relative garbage, even with nothing blocking the signal. The TV regularly disconnects from all input sources and suddenly doesn’t recognize any of them. An easy fix until it comes to eARC. When the TV has its moment of freaking out and forgetting everything, getting eARC established again…. A nightmare. “Theres no input”, except its connected… the soundbar is on… everything is perfectly fine but the TV refuses to believe it. Give it a few hours and suddenly it works with nothing really being done. Why? No idea. There have been ample moments I’ve questioned if I maybe got a defunct unit but every diagnostic check I’ve done has come out fine. So if this is fine? Pass. Ive been a Samsung TV loyalist for the last decade, even convincing friends and family to switch over and furnish their houses with Samsung TVs but wow was this a misfire. Speaking of misfires… who on earth decided this smart hub layout/utility was a grand idea…? Its one of the worst user interfaces I’ve seen, and frankly it is what kept me away from the new OLED computer screens because supoosedly its the same smart hub. Also for the love of all that is holy, bring back the input/source button. Going into menus, then connected devices, into a submenu to scroll over to change an input to say PS5? With the horrid connection between remote and TV? What? Why? This shouldn’t be a thing. Dont let it be a thing. Do better Samsung. If this TV wasnt the price of a used car when I got it, I probably would have eaten the loss and bought something else if it was beyond my return period. Now I’m left with the dumbest smart TV I’ve owned.

Awesome picture. Great up close or across the room. Bright and crisp picture. Pretty good sound without a sound bar. Best TV we have had.

The quality of the picture sells this TV. The speakers the TV comes with are OK but better off adding soundbar or HT system.

Great picture. Not quite OLED though. Smart TV menu is unnecessarily complex. You're forced through the Samsung apps. On-line support is opaque.

Amazing pictures. No disappointment so far. Keep charging forward Samsung. Can't wait to see the next generation this product.

TV was wall Mounted and Also New AVR Receiver connected by technicians. weak Internet signal , was recommened to get a internet booster system. Receiver FM and Am tuner never setup. We bought the Eero internet boost system, still problems Technician came again today unfortunately I have not been able use many of the features as to technician cannot find why he cannot get my also New Denon AVR 3700 H Hometheater Receiver to work right with the TV. The receiver was also bought at Bestbuy and unboxed and set up by installing technicians. I now have a New $6,000 TV and $1500.00 receiver and a $248.99 Eero internet boost system , all bought at Bestbuy and My TV functions , Receiver functions are not all working. Happy with TV picture
