Fast and computer is running like new!

Vista users may have a little hard time to transfer files the DDS was not visible in OS Vista. just unplug it and trying again.

Old Macbook Upgrade

A few days later my items arrived and my macbook (late 2011) was upgraded- not bad for a $200 investment.

Best SSD for the Cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 850 EVO 500GB is the best SSD for the money, it costs little more than twice the price of a 1TB conventional HD when Best Buy has it on sale. Windows 10 will boot in 30 seconds. I have now installed 3 of these, one in a Dell XPS 8500, one in an Asus U46E note book (both of these to replace failed WD hard drives) and one in an Acer Aspire One netbook.

Great SSD Drive

Have not had any issues yet. I actually run them on two computers both Raid 1 mirror with no issues.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was going to sintall this in my old Acer laptop to help with startup times but there were bad sectors while attempting to copy my old hard drive to this one using the supplied software. Not the drive's fault but my computers. My buddy used the same drive to do a fresh install on his laptop and it really sped up his system.
