I purchased this drive to replace a bad drive in my laptop pc.. Best decision I have made. Should have done it sooner!

Just love it. This is one fast SSD. Cost $10 more but it was the best option for me even though my MoBo only uses 3gb/s

Bought two of these. One for an ancient celeron laptop that's upgraded to windows 10. Second for a desktop also upgrading to windows 10 from Vista. Both function exactly as expected as boot drive. Both were clean install so I did not use the transfer software in the box (on a CD). RW speeds are up to spec and neither system had issue recognizing the hardware. I did not price check for absolute best value since I mostly just wanted to get the installation done in a quick timeframe.

These drives are wonderful replacement boot drives, cuts startup time and delivers better performance, great price too

Isn't as fast as the fastest ones out there but for the money it is a really solid unit. Very low heat. Well worth it!

Bought this SSD to replace the spinning HDD in my 4 year old laptop. Does wonders. Makes the laptop feel like its a brand new laptop. The drive is fast. Makes programs open faster. I bought the 500GB version which is more than enough for me. The replacement for me was easy and straightforward. Took me only minutes to swap out.

My 2012 Macbook pro 13" has been slow since we bought it. It was my first mac and I wasn't impressed by the speed. Two months ago it got much worse and the spinning wheel of death began. Ran diagnostics and took it in to an Apple care shop. It was determined that my hard drive was bad and about to go. I was given an estimate of $400 for a new one (SSD). I researched installing one myself and decided to give it a try. We ordered the tool kit recommended in articles and followed the steps outlined. Now, Success!!!!!! It runs faster than it ever has, no spinning wheel, even when opening iPhoto which has 20k plus photos! We are so pleased. We saved money ($190 total with tool kit and SSD) and have fast and properly functioning computer.

I swapped out the HDD IN my 2012 MacBook Pro with this SSD and the difference is night and day. Everything launches faster and smoother. The process took about 20 minutes. There are videos online detailing the process. Get everything you need before proceeding. Tools: Torx driver, Philips head, USB to SATA to clone drive and the Super Duper app.

This is the first time I have used solid state drives. The experience is great. The data replication software worked like charm, created an image and I have no issues rebooting the PC with SSD installed. The SSD works very fast and my PC is ready to be used in less than 3-5 sec compared to 15-20 seconds it used to take before.

Bought this to replace and old macbook pro late 2011 hhd. So far everything works great. I did set everything up like a new computer no cloning or backup restore. Downloaded OS, installed, setup, and I had a new computer. Boot up times and shutdown times have improved dramatically. Lightroom also runs alot faster. Happy
