Cloning software works well. Easy to migrate, easy to install. great performance. I have several of these 850 evo drives and they perform better than the lower priced competitor models. Worth every penny.

Quiet, fast and cool. Was pleasantly surprised how well the transfer software worked. It did not come with the usb cable however. I happened to have an external docking device to connect bare drives via usb.

Superb Speedy Samsung Storage...try saying that 3x fast. this speeds up your computer like crazy if using as your main drive. The 500 GB is always getting to be a more reasonable price and is about the best Dollar per gigabyte ratio if you catch it on sale.

An upgrade for a WD black 1 TB HD and Crucial 60 GB Adrenaline cache drive. Samsung migration software worked perfectly, I have an iLok with a bunch of licenses on it, other software licenses, no issues whatsoever cloning a 1 TB volume to a 500 GB volume. Boot time is way acceptable, as was the caching solution, but with the samsung ssd there is no need to cache it just rocks, so all files recently accessed or not, load quickly. Installed in a desktop so no need for a USB to SATA cable for cloning, laptops need this however. Doesn't freak out if the computer shuts down unexpectedly, no data loss or orphaned files. Bought it online picked up instore, process painless and friendly.

Easy to install. A noticeable boost in speed from startup to how fast programs run now. I may buy another one to put in a external drive case for backup.

Did my homework to replace the hard drive on my Macbook Pro and decided on the Samsung SSD. So much faster and working great. Setup was very easy as well.

Reliable brand, great speed, great storage capacity and at a good price point. This is my 3rd Samsung SSD I've purchased and the other two I have been running great for the past couple years.

I bought this Samsung Evo SSD to compliment my M.2 SSD on my Alienware Aurora R6. There SSD brackets inside the case but you will need to purchase and install SATA 3 cables to and from ssd and motherboard. PC Games will always perform better on SSD (especially open world) as it fetches data quicker!

This ssd is super fast and it was very easy to setup.

My laptop was constantly freezing up and would have to reboot all the time. Bought this HDD and it was night and day. Boot time went from 2 minutes to like 10-15 secs. Best investment I could've made.

Ordered this to breathe new life into my 5 yr old laptop. Works excellent, as can be expected. Also brought my laptop boot up time from equall to making supper down to 5.8 seconds from off to desktop.

I bought the Samsung 850 EVO 500GB Internal Serial ATA Solid State Drive (Model: MZ-75E500B) at the same time I purchased a brand new laptop, because I could not afford a laptop that included a solid state drive with all the other features on my wish list. The downside to this purchase is that the software that came with it did not work on my Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop. My son made 3 different trips (3 hours round trip) over the course of 10 days until he could find something that would work. That would be the downside of this purchase. However, once installed, it performs beautifully. My computer runs extremely fast and quiet and does not get hot in my lap.

As expected, this drive is perfect for using as boot disk, and is plenty speedy for launching apps. It worked instantly without issue, and I've been very happy with it's performance to date.

Got it on sale, and had price matched with competitor. Speed on desktop has increased tremendously. No more slow lag starts nor issues with indexer taking too long, etc. Drive is an excellent buy.
