This really revived my 2013 MacBook Pro. It starts up much faster now. It also runs like brand new. Simple installation too.

My brand new Lenovo had a garbage hardrive in it. It crash beyond recovery every few months. I replaced it with this one and has since knly experienced a handful of crashes that did not require and recovery simply rebooted.

This SSD has lived up to my expectations. It is sufficiently fast and reliable. I will continue to use Samsung's SSDs in the future.

I have no idea why I waited so long to get my own SSD... My computer boots up so quickly now. I only decided to upgrade after getting a Watchdog Violation error for my hard drive and panicked. I ran to Best Buy, picked up this SSD, ran home, opened up my laptop, and realized it didn't come with a data transfer cable... Yikes! Had to make a trip back to Best Buy. Excellent product, a lot more simple to install than I expected it to be! Just make sure to ask someone if this is your first time and don't make the same mistakes as me!

Used To Upgrade My 2012 macbook pro. Loads In 15 seconds vs the minute and a half with the old hard drive. Definitely recommend.

Cloned & replaced my desktops (i7-4790k) 500gb Windows 10 boot drive (C:) with this SSD several months ago. My boot time went from over 2 minutes until system was fully ready for use, to about 15 seconds using the SSD. Had no idea it would be that much improvement. Now added a second 1tb 850 EVO, replacing my data drive. Disk intensive applications are significantly more responsive. If reliability is there over the long term, future system builds will use these drives, no more electrical/mechanical hard drives for me.

I've used only these Samsung Evo/Pro's SSD's in a lot of builds and they are fast and have great reliability. They are the only brand I trust!

I updated my 2015 laptop and I have an excellent performance, in fact battery life is up to x2... only detail... it is 7mm thick and has no 9mm adapter... but is not hard found some.
