More reliable than a standard hard drive. Instant start ups and minimal wear.

This hard drive was super easy to install, and I'm not a tech savvy person so that says a lot. It's very fast and breathed new life into my old laptop

I highly recommend the Samsung SSD's. They all come with their own Migration software for the PC that makes it very easy to image your existing drive to your new drive. When using them for Mac, just format and use something like Carbon Copy Cloner to duplicate your Mac drive. They also work great as an external drive for my Mac. Just make sure you get a fast USB 3 to SATA adapter.

Had an older computer that was runnning slow and took forever to start. The Magican software was confusing to get in correctly. In my case it said it would copy the information from the source to the new drive and then erase the old source. My old drive was larger than the new so I only wanted to move programs and the system. Afraid I would loose everything I backed it all up to an external drive which took about 15 hours. Then ran the transfer and not only did it work quickly but is didn't erase my old drive. What a waste of hours. After the transfer and my old drive still in the computer for data, etc. it was tricky changing the drive letters and getting it all to work. Now the system works way better than new. Be careful if you are going to keep your old drive, as I did, and bring lots of patience.

Dropped this in my Lenovo and now it fires up in less than 10 seconds. Love this SSD.

We got this drive to upgrade the capacity of a notebook that had become full of data. The transfer process was fast and simple. Once the data was transferred to the new drive we swapped it out and it booted perfectly. We then went into the Drive Magic application that came with the drive and configured the drive's performance. This drive is much faster than the SSD that it replaced.

I purchased the Samsung SSD with the intent to speed up my computer in all areas including startup, loading of software, saving etc. SSD's blow my mind when compared to a stock HHD. Bought a second one to save photos and music. It's definitely a time saver. As long as the life span is as expected, Samsung being at the top of the list of suppliers, I'm sold from now on.

Did my research online. This product became available at a discounted price during a sale. I decided to buy it figuring installation would be a breeze. It was easy to install. It runs great, and compliments my other two Intel SSDs.

I have a few of these drives and have never been disappointed. i first added one to my gaming desktop for quicker startup and load times. 2nd drive was for a laptop my wife needed for her new business. 3rd is my new laptop i upgraded immediately since standard HDD is just plain old and slow. you will not be disappointed. and the samsung software is by far the easiest to use.

This hard drive was installed in my MacBook Pro. It is fast and works great.
