my mac laptop acts like a new one with this ssd as my internal hd instead of the old moving parts rpm hd ....now music and video editing are possible i partistion the drive in two...one for OS the other for content....super future.....no need for external usb or firewire drive for audio and video .....tracking and capture

Easy to install and less than an hour later windows is installed and patched completely. Cannot go wrong with these drives.

I am very happy with the Samsung - 850 EVO 500GB Internal Serial ATA Solid State Drive that I had the Geek Squad install into my Dell Inspiron 13 7352 laptop. The original Dell drive was failing after ~2 years. The Samsung solid state drive is so much faster than original drive. I also thought the price of the drive was reasonable.

This new hard drive changed my computer from a sluggish overworked old maid to a new record breaking speed skater. My computer is over 5 years old. Installing the new hard drive has saved me from buying a new computer and learning how to use that. I am very comfortable with my computer and this has given me several more years of comfort.

This hard drive me a world of difference to my pc. It was sluggish and dragged when trying to do some basic tasks within Windows 10. Swapped out the traditional spinning hard drive with this one and it's a complete 180. Programs come up almost immediately. It was easy to install and easy to transfer the data from the old HDD to this one.

Very fast SSD. I have this running in my desktop. I didn't bother mounting it since its so light and I could tuck it out of the way. Migration using samsungs tools was quick and painless. It originally estimated over 2 hours, but it dropped to under 10 minutes eventually overall. I might pick up another if they go on sale for black friday

When I brought my 5 year old MacBook Pro to the Apple store, complaining how extremely slow it was working, they suggested that I replace the old hard drive with a new solid state one. Thanks to assistance in from the Geek Squad in getting everything up and running, my laptop is working much better and much faster, yea!

I have an i7 toshiba Satellite with a lot of potential except the mechanical HDD which was a serious bottleneck! Ever since I installed this beast, my computer has been bullet fast (literally, 5 seconds boot!!!). This SSD is different from others in that it is more reliable and stable when it comes to Read/Write speeds and longevity.

Purchased this based on professional reviews of this product. As a consumer I am not in a position to say this is the best ssd period. However I can say it works beautifully...quiet and super fast. As a top rated product I was pleased that the price paid was not inflated and was actually under priced compared to similar drives.

This is one of the best consumer SSD drives out there. It is reliable and I've use 5 of them currently in different machines and I have one that is juts about 2.5 years old and it is running like a champ. Fast read/write times and seamless migration using either Windows 7/8/10 using their Samsung Magician software utility.

Your Samsung Note 7 might burst into flames, but only thing on fire about this SSD is it's blazing speed! The ONLY SSD I trust are Intel, Samsung Evo and Crucial. The rest, I think you roll the dice on a failure, which I have had with OCZ and others. So far, over several years, these have been almost like the black box in your jet.
