I checked a lot of hard drives, and after the good reviews this product has got, i decided to buy it. I was worried that it won't do the job, as I need it for my MacBook pro. But so far this drive is doing an amazing job, my laptop is so fast with no issues whatsoever.

I got this SSD for a great deal on Black Friday, and couldn't be happier with the purchase. It writes to the drive very quickly, and accesses just as fast as well. Load times on games are almost non existent, and booting Windows is incredibly fast. Highly recommend this drive.

This is one of the best SSD's you can buy. I upgraded my PC from a Corsair Force GT, and I couldn't be more happier. Not only does it have much more space, but it's incredibly fast. Plus you can go to Samsung and download Samsung Magician to optimize this SSD to make it quicker.

Happy with this drive. No problems. Only complaint is no cables included. So make sure to order the correct sata cable you need. Performance and reliability is what you would expect. Purchase with confidence.

IT friend told me to upgrade from standard HD to SSD HD, much faster and responsive.

This was easily one of the best purchases I've ever made at Best Buy. I managed to get it while it was on sale, so I understand that the base price might seem a little steep but believe me-- it's worth it. Solid state drives are faster, more efficient, more compact, have longer lifespans than normal a HDD, and are clearly the direction that tech is heading toward. I do a lot of PC gaming so this SSD provides me with more than enough space for hundreds of games in my Steam library. Load speeds are significantly faster than my old HDD. For instance, it used to take me a couple of minutes to load maps in The Witcher III, Skyrim, and Dark Souls, but after switching to SSD those times have been reduced to less than thirty seconds. If you're even considering a SSD, you've probably done your research. Save yourself the grief of debating brands and get this Samsung SSD; asap.

The SSD drive was as expected. It has good reviews on the internet and Best Buy had the lowest price. The best thing is that I could pick it up right away rather than waiting for it to be shipped. I like supporting the big box stores when they are price competative.

My 7 year old desktop was so slow and sluggish I was looking into options for a replacement computer until my son suggested I try a solid state hard drive. I was sceptical but he was right. It used to take minutes to boot up and it's now around 20 seconds. Great price too.

If you want a hard drive replacement that is fast and installs quick, then this drive is for you. This SSD works for desktop and laptop, but for desktop you need the desktop adapter so it bulks it up to fit in the slot for regular sized hard drives. Amazon has them pretty cheap.

Good SSD at a good price. Significant speed increase for computer. Well worth cost.

It was because we checked reviews that we purchased this product. So far, it's working great. My computer boots up quickly and everything works faster now.

I used this for one of my Mac Mini 2014 computers. These drives are an awesome upgrade to any computer. I have been replacing a lot of my drives on many of my machines and these Samsung drives have not given me any trouble whatsoever.I would definitely buy this again!

I have a few different SSD drives, and this one is by far the fastest drive of of them all. Other than the premium price compared to some of the others, this is by far would I would prefer in all of my computer's/laptops. The boot I'm in my Asus q551 is 4 seconds now.!!!

i got it at a great price, easy to install and the OS migration was really easy.

No doubt SDD performance is at-least 10 times better compared to HDD. SDD has no moving parts and hence very reliable storage mode. Samsung SDD are the best in the market compared to all other brands. a few extra bucks compared to other brands, but definitely worth it

Really good internal solid state drive that feels really light but solidly built.

I bought this for a replacement drive for my PS4 that died. Install was very simple and I was up and running again in 15 minutes. Pricey but works great
