The product was cheap and holds plant of games for my immediate playing library.

So i wanted to switch from HHD to SSD on my Macbook Pro and this was the best for the money!

The Samsung 850 EVO is an excellent drive with top notch performance and rated lifespan. The 850 EVOs performance is right there with the Samsung 850 Pro. Cheaper drives are available but why take a chance the 850 EVO line is where it is at for cost and performance..

I have now replaced about a half-dozen hard drives for my clients, and I've used only Samsung EVO SSDs. The performance difference between an SSD and regular hard drive is night-and-day...no doubt about it, and the Samsung quality is second-to-none.

I did some research and found this drive to be very well reviewed. Both from consumers and PC Hardware testing sites. It has definitely lived up to my expectations.

Compared to my old hard drive, this SSD is lightning fast. Had it installed in an All-in-1. Would have been nice to know beforehand (Geek Squad probably should have mentioned) that cloning the hard drive might be an option, but it has worked out.

This is the second one of these Samsung 850EVO drives I've installed. Both installs went well and I am very pleased with the performance improvement. Boot up and shut down are less than half the time it took before. Battery life is longer in my ASUS i5 laptop install.

We bought a few of these drives to breathe new life into a couple of aging laptops at work - going to SSD really is the best way to boost performance! Boot times are cut in half, applications load noticeably faster - great upgrade.

Samsung consistently rates high, no issues so far. Easy installation Used the included software to transfer from my main drive to this one, including the OS, Windows 10. Took a while but no issues. Also got a great deal with a price match, under $140

We are upgrading from mechanical to SSD at work and this has been the go-to drive for us. It has read speeds of around 540 Mbps and will greatly improve you system speed. I have had users ask me what I done to their computers because it is so fast now.

This is the second Samsung ssd I've installed (the first a 1tb) and it has performed well. Super fast startup in Windows 10. A huge upgrade over the slow 5400 rpm mechanical drive I had. This is one of the best upgrades to refresh a pc. Highly recommended!

Works great and extremely fast. We're using it for video recording on Black Magic cameras. We have had a number of these drives and they have all been great. Would not bother with any other at this point.

Picked this up at a great deal and you just can go wrong with Samsung SSD's.
