There is no better company for manufacturing SSD's than Samsung. This SSD is lightning fast and I cloned my old HHD to this using free Aomei and swapped them out. Everything is the exact same except much faster.

Easy to set up with my laptop. Love the extra storage!

Purchased this after a different brand failed early and am extremely happy with the performance so far. Has plenty of space for what I need it for and delivers much faster and quieter data deliver than the standard hard disk can.

This was my go to SSD whenever I was going to buy a new one or recommend it to a friend. I used the 500gb EVO models in all my rigs because it was cheap and fast. Once you get an SSD you can't go back to HDD.

This ssd is the fastest I have used. Reads and writes over 500 gig per second. It has a long warranty ; 5 years. But, unless the sad controller fails, it should last 10 to 20 years before it is worn out with write cycles.

Installed windows and games on this SSD. Very fast. I love it. If any regrets, wish I would have went with 1tb. But you are looking at TB money. Great value for this IMO. I have HDD for all other programs and files.

After my old hard drive failed, I went ahead and upgraded to a SSD. Now my laptop boots up really fast. I ran a couple of diagnostic scan on the new drive and no bad sectors. Overall, this is a great product for the price.

This SSD is super fast. I installed in a slightly old computer where my hard drive was failing so I'm no getting the SSD best possible performance. My motherboard is only SATA 2. I was definitely recommend this SSD.

Samsung typically puts out decent equipment, and this is no different. This thing is fast, it was a great replacement for my gf's old HDD. Plus I ended up getting Watch Dogs 2 for free with some deal that came with it.

Replaced a defective hard drive with this unit and very happy I did. My PC is running much faster with the upgraded HD. Kind of pricy but after installing and seeing the difference in performance makes it completely worth it.

The hardest part of upgrading to the SSD was opening the laptop case. Upgraded hard drive to SSD & RAM to 16GBs. Laptop was a new machine this past Christmas just needed the extra UMP. Highly recommend this SSD.

Awesome ssd. Probly the best single purchase I've made for my laptop. Don't know how I lived before having an ssd. Now any computer with a mechanical drive seems archaic. Highly recommended to anyone with a computer.

It was easy to install and has been running great.

I've used the 840 pro series extensively, so when this came out it was a no-brainer. Drive is fast and cheap. Comes with migration software that was easy to use when migrating data from my old drive to this one.

My son loves it. I would tell everyone to get one.

I've purchased and installed quite a few of these drives over the last couple of years and haven't had any issues with any. Samsung offers a data migration app that is very simple to use and works every time.

Installed the copy software and quickly copied all data. Then I removed the old drive and installed the new one - in less than 10 minutes. After rebooting, everything works! And I'm not a hardware person!
